Nice Hotel close to the mall & airport with shuttle service very convenience

The hotel is in good location to CDG. However, the room is not clean. The staff are nice, overall, OK hotel.

After a stay in the Loire Valley, had an early flight back to US and chose to stay here after the TGV ride back from Tours. This is very convenient and reasonable hotel for an overnight stay. Convenient shuttle provided from TGV station at CDG and then early morning shuttle back to CDG - starts at 5am.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight back to the US after a wonderful vacation. The hotel is well located in close proximity to the airport. Its also well built and QUIET. Breakfast was included and was good. Room was clean and fresh. The staff was super accomodating and when we were looking for a dinner suggestion other than the hotels $39 pp buffet which we didnt want they gladly suggested a stroll (10 minutes) to Aeroville, the nearby mall. They had a great selection of restaurants. Thai, a bistro, creperie, Japanese, Indian and other options.

The hotel is great for being in the vicinity of CDG airport. It's serviced by a free shared hotel shuttle (Silver Line) that stops at some airport terminals and many hotels. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the lobby was very modern and beautiful, with a small indoor fish pond and small patio garden. My room was big as I was complimentary upgraded at check-in. The room was very clean and had the usual toiletries one would expect from hotels of this stature. There is a mall nearby but I didn't have time to go.

The hotel was very modern and up to date and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that the shuttle system to and from the airport only runs every 40 minutes which is a long wait if you happen to just miss the shuttle. A cab costs 30'Euro which is absurd as the driver charges you from the time he left the cab line in front of the airport. This compliant applies to all of the airport hotels near CDG,

We had an early flight out of CDG aiport and stayed at the Hyatt. All went well.

The room was very cold and it never warmed up to a comfortable level. Breakfast buffet is below average. Always Asian theme with no variety. It used to be one of the best in the area. The hotel has not had a face lift for many years and it is tired.

By booking through Orbitz, we received no credit for the 2 room nights. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food selection for room service was limited, as was the offerings in the Apollo restaurant, but the food was good. We had the vegetarian pizza, which was delightful. The free shuttle was not easy to find at the CDG airport, and we were tired, so we took a taxi (€15).

Low room facing the highway after reception told me I had a great room. My Card Card must come up with, "give this guy a sucky room.". I get them everywhere. Great job with the shuttle however, I told reception how long I waited the previous day for the bus and they provided a van and a driver that took me directly to my gate. This was service. Bar staff was great.

Everyone from the hotel were here nice, polite, dependable making my stay a pleasure. Hyatt is a fabulous place to stay with excellence.

The hotel is in a secure setting and just a short (free) shuttle ride away from airport noise. The reasonably priced breakfast is a literal feast with food for every taste. Reception staff are wonderfully professional.

Was expecting much better than that. The food is mediocre but the service is OK

This is such a beautiful modern hotel that it's a shame you'll probably only stay here if you have a late-arriving or early-departing flight at CDG. The staff are friendly and the rooms are far more spacious & comfortable than most Paris hotels. My only regret is that I spent just one night here.

Hotel was as I expected, the food was delicious and the service was superb. The room was extremely comfortable. we did try the pool and jacuzzi, the water temperature in the jacuzzi wasn't high enough. But we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

Convenient for between flights. Nothing fancy, room worn, staff somewhat helpful, food expensive and not too good.

very comfortable stay near cdg airport

very nice "airport" hotel

great place to rest near cdg paris
