The property is a cost efficient way to stay near the airport. Very basic facility, but it was clean and comfortable. I found an amazing pizza place nearby, the shuttle was great and most of all the staff was super kind specifically Keita which really makes the difference. Ended my trip on a happy and calm note. Thank you ( only thing to note is no hair dryer) just an FYI :)
Probably the worst hotel in the area. Charges 5 euro per person for airport shuttle (Supposed to be free!). Tiny rooms and bathroom, even for french standards. Only one towel per person, no coffee maker nor fridge. Not even a garbage can in the room (No space!) Seen bunch of unsuspecting elderly people checking in as I was checking out. May god have mercy on them.....
Very good.as former reviews. quiet, confortable, easy access from airport. clear information. breakfast was low price and.simple but good quality (bio apple juice, real bread from good bacary, tea bag was also grand mark quality, etc.) toilet paper is situated not natural way. the room was a bit dark but confortable. air-conditioning was not easy to understand. the bed was very good quality.
The staff is pleasant, i just couldn't believe that they donot have phone in the rooms and no iron in the hotel for u to iron your clothes ,overall i like it.
Liked breakfast. Service was excellent, healthy and tasty. Front desk people were mostly helpful. Bathroom was so small, about as small as a motorhome bathroom. Room was so small, it was hard to move around beds or open luggage. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
It was clean , it was ok just for a few nights, But I didn’t like the fact that only fix the beds and they never changes my sheets
It was basic and met my needs for an extended layover.
Yes, the hotel is near the airport but at a price. You will pay a one time fee of 5Euros per person. I question the fee, because the bus drivers NEVER asked for a ticket. The man with one eye is VERY rude, so don't ask question for directions. The transportation really was BAD. It is a one way only, so if you need to go to your hotel you need to stop at every station before reaching yours.
After a harrowingly crowded shuttle bus ride, the hotel was passable for a night before a flight out of CDG. (When they say get there 3 hours early, they are dead serious, so it pays to be close.) The room was tiny, the shower sink and toilet combined into one tiny room, but the bed was OK. The shuttle back to CDG was also harrowing. They really need more frequent service. At least the hotel is at the beginning of the route, so we were able to cram on. One plus is the village of Roissy; get out for a stroll and a local meal rather than hotel fare.
Very friendly lady checked me in and was able to get to my room when they said I could (a little earlier than the regular check in time). Just be careful to know when the last bus is from the airport: I missed it just after midnight and had to deal with the taxi vultures who charged me and another stranded traveler a total of E30 (E15 each) to get back to the hotel.
Has a little trouble finding the shuttle. Basically find the Sheraton hotel at terminal 2e. Get out at door 1. The shuttle stop is across the drive.beware there are 2 Premiere Classes hotels.

(Automatic translation by GOOGLE) Hello brave anonymous customer ..... Your comment is insulting to our customers and totally dishonest. You did not like our hotel, it's your right. Insofar as our rating on the website is above a large number of hotels in the region, I consider that you are bad. In addition, it is not indicated anywhere on the website that our rooms have a fridge or coffee maker, the size of the rooms is also indicated, just read. I also add that our clientele includes all age and social categories, including yours since you also had a reservation!

Hello Y, Thank you for your comment and this good note. Thank you also for the objective information you quote. See you soon.

Hello, Thank you for your comment and this good note. Indeed, PREMIÈRE CLASSE hotels do not have telephones in rooms like many chain hotels of this type. Regarding iron, we do not supply more, because we have had too many bedspreads burned and sometimes even room floors. See you soon,

Hello, You have left the sign "do not disturb" on the door of your room. As a result, it was not possible for the household team to change the sheet of your room. Cordially.
It was basic and met my needs for an extended layover.
Bonjour Anonyme, Merci pour votre participation. A bientôt

Hello, Sorry for this review. FYI, in France and often in Europe the tap water is drinkable and you had a drink machine at the reception, PREMIERE CLASSE hotels never have an ice machine and it is not indicated on the site that we had this type of equipment. Regarding the shuttle the price is posted in the bus and on the website. Cordially.
