Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention

Had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Paris near the airport. I was worried about the noise being right next to the airport, but the room was completely quiet. The hotel is nice and modern - the decor is definitely not for everyone as it looks like the inside of an Ikea store, but it is definitely clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The restaurant downstairs is decent and the waitstaff was superb -- attentive and friendly. I had a pasta dish for dinner that I didn't like that much and they took it off the bill. They care about their service! The breakfast in the morning is delicious!!!

Easy Check In. Silent Rooms. Clean Rooms. Spacious Rooms. Old but timely shuttles running every 5 minutes.

Impossible to access while it claims to be an airport hotel - confusion with another Mercure nearby - not served by mainline shuttles - expensive so-so food

Great shower, comfortable bed, clean room, close to airport, convenient shuttle

We chose this hotel to overnight for an early morning flight after being in Normandy for 2 weeks. One reason was that I understood it was within a short walk of Terminal 2 - but that is definitely NOT the case. However, the hotel has its own dedicated shuttle and took us in the morning when we were ready, rather than on a fixed schedule. Really no negatives except the very nice bar is a bit pricy and there was no TV remote in our room, which didn't matter to us because we weren't watching TV. The room was very quiet and comfortable, the staff very pleasant, and the breakfast - included in our room rate, which itself was very low (under $100 US) was EXCELLENT. Upon finding Terminal 2 to return our rental car, what did I see RIGHT THERE but a big Shereton (though the Paris airport hotel sites I used said it was 1.2 miles from the airport . . . . but with its own shuttle and being such a nice place, we'd probably choose the Moncure again. It is HARD to find if you are driving - there were National Police at the terminal who didn't know where it was, but one of them very kindly spoke with a taxi driver who led us to the hotel on his own.

1. Website directions to locate the hotel may be clear to the Hotel employees but they are not clear to a visitor who is unfamiliar with the Charles De Gallel Airport, and a GPS address was not provided on the website so we were unable to get directions on our GPS A. What is: Zone Centrale Ouest, BP 20248, Paris, 95713 that is not the address we were given when we called the hotel from the airport trying to find the hotel B: we called the hotel to find out how to get to the hotel after dropping off the car we had rented and a hotel employee informed us that had we been at Terminal 2 at Charles De Galle, the hotel van would have picked us up, but since were were at Terminal 1, they would not and we had to take a cab C: The cab driver insisted the address we provided, which an employee gave my wife (the website information dies not provide an address) was incorrect so we don't know if the cab driver was acting confused to run up the bill, or there is a discrepancy between the hotel address and one for the GPS's D: The cab driver indicated there are actually two Hotel Mercure's at the airport, and that was why he needed an address to know where to go we told him the one by terminal one E: we were not able to get the GPS to find the address the hotel employee gave us we don't know if the cab driver was acting confused to run up the bill or there are two hotel Mercure's at the airport. 2, the hotel room was nice, and the breakfast included with our room cost was nice employees at the hotel we met in person were pleasant 3. fire alarm went off at 4 am in the morning rumor was someone was smoking in a room we don't blame the hotel for the alarm, but we saw no hotel employee on our floor to let us know whether or not we should be leaving the room or the hotel due to a fire, just guests opening doors asking each other if they knew what was going on. 4. the hotel van did not drop us at our Terminal 2E: the driver said the line was too long to get in to drop us off, so he drove us across the way to Terminal 2? and we used an underground crossing to get back to Terminal 2E. We have no way to know whether that saved us time, or saved the driver time and cost us time.

Convenient , Used for overnight stop over , nothing exceptional . seems to be fair market price for the room and services

I found the free shuttle by carefully following airport signs in terminal 2 to hotel shuttles near the TGV station of terminal 2. The hotel is entirely renovated and very comfortable. The room was quiet, clean, and restful. The restaurant was very good with a nice variety of choices. The hotel and restaurant staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. I'll stay there again if I have to lay over between flights.

Comfortable Room with sufficient space. Had the amenities needed.

Booked for late arrival from flight from asia; checked in at 8am and left at 1pm; breakfast excellent buffet; room very comfortable, clean; checked in and out in minutes.

We needed a hotel that was close to the aiport and this one was just perfect. The shuttle picks you up from the airport and takes you back for your next flight. When we arrived at the hotel there was a small problem with our room but the staff got on it right away and we were immediately upgraded. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and the choices were more than enough for me. We ordered room service once due to the fact that it was to late to go out and the hotel restaurant was closed. The food was great and plenty for the price we paid! The room was very clean, modern, quiet, and spatious enough for a young couple! Next time we stay in paris, we will definitely be back at this hotel.

The check-in process was very good. The hotel has a very reliable and frequent shuttle service to and from CDG. The easiest access is the platform in Terminal 2E, but there is also a shuttle that meets you at the CDGVAL "Parking" stop, which is the stop right before Terminal 1 stop on the CDGVAL. The shuttle drivers were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful (all spoke English!) The hotel shuttle also runs every 15 minutes so they are always prompt and available. The room was gorgeous, clean and decently spacious. The only cons: 1) the room service was high-priced and whatever I wanted to eat was "not available". When my food arrived it was ice-cold, and the had wrong dessert. They were good and prompt about getting the right desert and even though the food was cold, it was delicious. 2) the "free" internet access was awful. I could not get a good connection in the room. I had to go to the lobby to make an internet phone call. 3) the restaurant was also not very diverse in food choices and was as highly-priced as room service, which is why I ordered room service (same difference) Overall it was a good stay. The rooms were modern, well maintained, decorated very nicely, smoke-free, the toiletries were abundant, the shower was clean and had plenty of hot water, the kind bed was amazing, even the bathrobes were white and fluffy...everything was lovely.

First - hotel was very very nice. The outside is very dated, but inside was quite nice. They had a nice shuttle in the morning (5:30a) that took us right to Terminal 1 to catch out flight. When we arrived on the train at night we followed the walking signs to the hotel which took us on a guessing tour to get to the hotel. I wish I had figured out how to go from the airport train shuttle to the hotel. Would definitely use hotel again.

The hotel is situated in close proximity to the airport but the soundproofing is excellent. The room was very comfortable and the bed was heavenly. There is no charge for the lovely indoor pool and exercise facilities. Although dinner at the hotel restaurant was a little expensive, it was absolutely delicious. Shuttle service to the airport was timely.

Needed a hotel for a twenty-two hour lay over in Paris. The Pullman is very near airport and provides a shuttle that runs every fifteen minutes. Decor is funky but not annoying. Large shower, room was quiet and food not bad. There is twenty -four room service in addition to dining room and bar. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very convenient hotel if you have to catch a plane early in the morning but pricey. The hotel has been renovated recently but nothing really extraordinary.

We traveled all day through France and we were tired and hot needed a shower and food. We experienced two problems. could not find information on how to connect to the hotel for transportation from airport where the train left us. We followed signs that led us to a walk to hotel. the other was long wait at desk to check in. Once through that it was great.

This is not a bad hotel, that is if you can find it. I would imagine, if the Pullman CEO were to get out of his stretched limo and try to look for this hotel on foot (like most CDG travelers), even he would not be able to find it. Their "courtesy" phone at the CDG shuttle station does not work. Their own shuttle picks up people from God knows where. You will do better by randomly picking any other hotel in the area, as they seem to be either better located or run a good shuttle service with airport stops that are easy to find. BTW, despite their claim that their internet is a one click affair, I was not able to connect my Mac to it.

Nice hotel close to Terminal 1 at CDG airport Paris. Eric, the hotel front door man/driver was particularly helpful.

We were at the hotel for just one night at the end of a trip. Of course, there's not much to do around there, but you're at the airport. There is a fine lap pool, workout room and outside area nearby. We wanted to eat in the middle of the day, and had to use Room Service, but nothing wrong with that either. Super comfortable bed and great bathroom. All stars for us!

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.
