Millennium Hotel Paris Charles de Gaulle

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The sheets were clean, but the carpets had big stains and the tile around the tub was falling off the side. This place is in need of a serious update!

We had awful waitstaff at the connected pub, very few food options on Sunday night and our room and other rooms were way too hot (in April). The front desk staff we interacted with was nice.

American electric outlets have been installed in the room which makes it easy to charge phones and other items. Requested a taxi 15 minutes before checking out, when I arrived downstairs there was no car and front desk agent daid it would be there in 5 minutes, after 30 minutes and no taxi in sight I was running late for my flight... very unreliable assistance from the hotel

Only stay there if you are on a budget and get a deal for $50 per night. It is absolutely not a 4-star hotel. it is more of a roadside motel.

If you like someon else pubic hair in the bath tub then that s the right place to go... Dont forget to wear socks when u walk on that fillthy carpet.. Ac was not cooling it was on of my worse e perience in a long time allthough staff was very nice.

Ok. Hotel..not as good as other Millennium hotels that I stayed in other countries. Good food choices nearby.

Stuffy air, poor ventilation. Ancient looking decor that looks like it came out of a 70's movie. Not enough outlets on the desk.

First Room on 2nd floor in poor shape..run down, shower not functional and missing bed light. Staff did upgrade us to a better room 3rd floor for the second night after we complained. Provided free breakfast. Good free CDG airport shuttle.

The location of hotel in the vicinity of the airport and the availability of the shuttle bus made it a great experience. The staff was very friendly.

The location is pretty good as there is a free shuttle to the airport where you can also catch a train to Paris. The lobby and restaurant are great. The rooms haven't been updated in about 25 years according to the appearance. The rugs smell, the drawers are falling off and the rugs are stained as well as the bed. Not a great showing for Millenium.

Great hotel. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

When faced with an unexpected extra night in France and leaving CDG late in the day, we did a quick internet search and this hotel looked great for the price. It ended up having everything we needed and the bar/restaurant was perfect for a few beers. Things may not be the most updated, but for the price we were very happy.

old dirty hotel you can hear thru the walls. we went downstairs and ordered food and then got yelled at because an hour later we asked where is our food and that we're hungry. nasty staff smelly hotel just horrible all over

No air conditioning or WIFI. Staff didn't seem to care. Handy man banged on window with a screwdriver and hammer at 11pm & still couldn't open the window! A pretty lobby doesn't qualify as a 4 star business hotel. It's a hotel on the down slide. Book at your own risk.

it was just one night, and it was calm with a great service.

I needed to pick up my family at CDG in the morning. The bed was clean, the restaurant was acceptable. I swam some laps in the little lap pool. Overall, good. I would stay again (indeed I may in a few weeks. Like many things I love in France, it was once built well, has been used well by competent people, but clearly has not had an adequate maintenance budget. If you are not too fussy, you'll probably find it quite good as I did.

Good location, clean room, close to the airport. Perfect if you have morning fly.

Its location is fairly close to the airport, but the shuttle bus comes so slowly! Front desk people seem like not really friendly or warm. The distance from the elevator to my room is ridiculously long!! Especially with two heavy luggage, it was such a pain to walk to my room and check out.

It was awful. The only thing good about it was the fact that it was close to the airport. The hallways were filthy, room was dinghy. I didn't even take a shower the bathroom was awful. Restaurant tables were dirty. If I could give it a rating of -10 I would.

This is a 4-star hotel only in its proximity to CDG. It's convenient if you have to spend a night between flights to / from CDG, and don't have enough time to travel into a real hotel in Paris. A partial list of the defects: 1) unable to turn down heat in the room to bearable levels, and windows had been locked shut as a security measure (as per hotel sign). We asked an employee of the hotel to open, and he kindly did with a special key, but if it's unsafe to leave the windows open, there should be some way to keep burglars out 2) carpet, walls and elevators are all threadbare, and in need of replacement or good maintenance 3) nasty fungus growing between tiles in the shower We followed up this night at the Millennium with 4 nights at a real 4-star hotel in Budapest, and the difference was like night and day.
