The hotel was nice and lived up to the ratings. The staff was helpful. The location was convenient I’d you want to be close to the hotel but you are not close to Paris the city. We had to take a bus to La Exposición Metro Station and from there the RER B to Paris. The commute wasn’t so bad but it will take you a bit to understand if you don’t educate yourself beforehand. There is a restaurant continently located next to the hotel that opens at 11:30 am and closes at 11:30 but after that there are only vending machines available at the hotel next door.
Hotel staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They called in a pizza delivery order for us, which was much appreciated. Room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good; there were several food options and it tasted good. Hotel had an old-school arcade game that my kids enjoyed playing. The hotel shuttle was a disaster, though. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle when we showed up 10 min before the scheduled arrival time, and then we almost missed it when it did arrive because the van wasn’t even marked as the hotel’s shuttle. We were just lucky we happened to ask the driver about where he was going. The hotel shuttle was supposed to be free according to the booking info on Orbitz and an email I received from the hotel, but I was told when we checked in the shuttle was 3 euros per person. The hotel would not honor the free shuttle policy that was in place when I made my reservation, which is just poor customer service. I was very dissatisfied with all things shuttle-related and will likely book a hotel elsewhere the next time I need an airport hotel by CDG in order to avoid the shuttle hassle. There were other hotels that had shuttles come through at least three times while we waited for our shuttle.

We enjoyed the location and the neighborhood around it. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and the Musee D'Orsay with our 10 and 13yr olds. We enjoyed the bar and the activities for the kids in the bar area. It was a little tight in the breakfast area, the reception room, and the room but the staff did a good job keeping everyone happy and entertained.
This is an excellent hotel near CDG airport. Very clean room and friendly staff. Just a few minutes driving to Aerovile Shopping Mall. We will definitely stay again when we visit Paris. Highly recommended!

Perfect location near the airport but far from downtown Paris. Free shuttle to airport and can catch the train. Depending on time of day, recommend taking an uber. Love the facilities, staff, and rooms!

The airconditioning was broken and when asked about it they just kept saying it would be fixed in an "hour" but it never was.

Our flight was delayed for 24hrs... I get it, we had hoped they would changed our reservation but even though orbitz tried to talk to them several times on our behalf, manager was never available for an answer. Then we tried to book another night but they wouldn’t even do that?! They said room would be available till check out time at noon. When we arrived we could try to extend our stay at the hotel’s rate but not through orbitz. When we arrived, I tried to call on the telephone from the airport and they hung up on me twice. I gave up and paid twice that for a more friendlier hotel.
