Our East Vail townhome has been completely renovated inside and out. It is less than 10 minutes to the mountain and has ample parking. It features high ceilings, an open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout, this 4 bedroom property with a private hot tub will have you feeling right at home.
The living room provides comfort and serenity after a day on the slopes with its inviting furnishings and gas fireplace. The dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone, in addition to a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. You will also have a music system for your personal vacation soundtrack, smart TV's in every room, and Xbox gaming system in the bonus room (bring your own games!) and access to a shared, seasonal pool, plus an additional community hot tub.

Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The listing was even better than described and it was in a great location in east Vail (less than 15 min drive to Vail village). The hot tub was great to relax in after a day on the mountain. Communication was very easy/quick with Dave. Hope to stay here again next time.

Wonderful experience with this lovely home. Great communication with Dave - very responsive and willing to help with any concerns (we had no concerns). The accommodation was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed on our vacation. Perfect place for our family vacation over Christmas. We hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing place
The place is on the east side of town. A five minute drive to Vail Village parking. This place was amazing. Has all the amenities one could want. Super comfy and enjoyable. Not your typical Vrbo. Plenty of towels, blankets, spices, utensils, cooking pots, & pans. This place has everything. Even charging cables in room for phones. Every room has a smart TV. Beds are super comfortable. Says it has four bedrooms. But technically it's five. One is a game room. But, it had a desk and a TV too. Loved this place. Would absolutely return in a heart beat. Communication with owner was impeccable.
