Service wasn’t as expected, we asked for extra Shampoo and conditioner..they were out of Shampoo and gave us only conditioner Room service cleaned the room but didnt change the dirty pillow cases The guy at service desk didnt know how to connect Ruko on tv with my phone and didn’t care if we were able to do it or not !

Highly improved, small luxury hotel located within walking distance of the historic center of Vail. Large, immaculate rooms. The entry, common area living room, dining area and bar are cozy, well designed, and thoughtfully furnished. There is a large jacuzzi outside. This hotel is a real treat, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again!

Gorgeous and no stone unturned service

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are incredible, from the moment we pulled in, and Greg helped us with his amazing attitude and knowledge, to the end of our stay. The hotel is so comfortable in the room and in the lobby that you almost feel like you’re in a luxurious home instead of a hotel.
