Our 2-bedroom condo is located in the heart of Vail. It's just a short distance to the lifts and the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. In the main living space, our unit features a gas fireplace, cozy overstuffed furniture, and cable TV with a 54" flat screen that is ideal for the perfect ski vacation. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, granite counter tops, and all of the comforts of home. High-speed wireless internet and washer/dryer make our home perfect for extended stays.

Access to the unit and throughout the Vail valley including to both resorts is also easy! The free ski shuttle stops just a 3 minute walk down the road and takes you to the transportation center within eight minutes!

*Note* - There is only 1 parking pass per unit. Other vehicles can be parked on street, but will be towed during plow season if left on plow days. Other pubic parking is .2 miles down the road. It is not necessary to have a vehicle. Bus transportation is great in the Vail valley.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
