Ski in/out property in a good location.
Amazing location and room was quiet and grand
Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Great location to access bike, walking paths and some hikes as well as easy access to Gondola to get to top of mountain. Helpful Concierge. One of the better restaurants in this area of Vail.
Loved the courtesy car.
Everything was lovely. Loved that we had bike help with the bikes we brought with us. Enjoyed a lovely moutain view room, and included breakfast.
Love the service and atmosphere here. Nice and quiet. Only problem we had was it got hot at night and we just had to ask for a couple of fans. Other than that, we had no problems.
This resort likely is a five star one during peak season; however, we came a week before the season started, and were super disappointed to find out that the spa (the main reason we booked this place for our honeymoon) was under construction. So not only did we not get to enjoy what was touted as a first class spa experience, but we also had to listen to the construction during the day. Yay. They did arrange for some massage therapists to do a couples in-room massage, which was nice, but we missed out on that spa experience overall. We were told they would take us to a sister property’s spa, but the whole point is being able to roll out in your bathrobe downstairs to the spa in your own hotel. When I expressed surprise and mentioned that we should have been told the spa was closed, the guy blamed the fact that we booked through a third party on why we weren’t informed. First, that’s an unprofessional response. Second, no where on the resort’s very website does it indicate the spa was under construction, so that argument doesn’t hold water. When you book for five star luxury for your honeymoon, you expect certain standards. They did send up some wine and chocolate-covered strawberries, and that was nice, but I never got over the spa thing and the way I was treated when I arrived and questioned them about it. There are other lovely choices in the area. I’d recommend checking another place out.
Overall the Arrabelle was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. My only unhappy experience was the sticker shock for anything and everything else in the area. Restaurants and retailers near by where considerably marked up. So much that I chose to uber 15 minutes away to the nearest grocery to buy a few toiletries. Also, if you plan to ski, don’t wait to buy it when you get there. Buy from amazon prior, it will save you hundreds.
Awesome place, good food, great location, wonderful rooms
Great staff, very helpful and kind. Never a bad second spent while at the hotel.
This place is considered ultra luxury and I agree. They truly do know the word guest services and treat you as the Royalty that you are. However, our last stay was near as nice. Our heating system continuously ran even with the fan, they had engineers come and tweak it, however, it didn't do much good. I wished they would've offered to switch our rooms. We slept with the windows and door fully open, and although it got a bit rowdy outside, it was still okay. Overall, the best place to stay during the summer. Bellhops were great. A bit long to get our car early that next morning, but front desk is TOP notch and they REALLY went above and beyond to help with some small items.
This hotel is very nice. I'd stay here again. I think Vail is a bit slow, but that's just what I need.
Arriving at 11:30 pm no staff to welcome and pick up ur luggage at the valet. Is not it obvious to know when ny flight arrives for a 5 star hotel? Your included breakfast has automatic 20% tip added and only when confronted what is this $42(6 ppl) for they respond its a suugestive tip? How is it suggested if its included on the bill?? Also $42 for Self served breakfast buffet?? its not about the money but about poor management policies. Staff is great friendly accommodating esp guys at the ski valet! Also not bar service by the fireplace but what if i like to sit not on a hard chair but on the the soft sofa after a day of skiing? U have to rab drinks and carry urself?? 5 star service.. but again poor management choices..
It was such a beautiful hotel with great service.
Stayed at Arrabelle for our honeymoon for two nights, it was great. We were right by the gondola and enjoyed our ski valet service. The hotel had Audi Q7 cars ready for trips to Vail village.
Excellent place to stay , location and comfort , easy to walk around, very nice people and good customer service , bed and bath very clean , beautiful place to stay and breakfast is a plus
The hotel was in the perfect location we stayed their for our honeymoon for 7 nights 8 days. The carpets when you go into the room you can tell it's a pet friendly hotel, they were so dirty! I wouldn't walk around barefoot. Although the breakfast was fabulous and they make you think it's" included" watch out when you check out they charge 50$ a day for a resort fee, because the 400$ a night isn't enough. They tax, service fee,& gratuity everything. They say the gratuity is suppose to be 15% but all the servers at 18% to your bill.. next time I will stay at a more reasonable place. Example we ordered off the kids menu 10$ for each plate and our total was $38.00 with all the other fees they add to it.
Great spur of the moment trip to Vail while traveling in Colorado. We loved the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff that made us feel immediately at home.
This was such a great vacation spot. The hotel was incredible and the staff was amazing. We will definitely do this again!!!!
