The front desk was very polite and friendly at check in and each time greeted us when we came in. The restaurant was awesome with great bar service and selection. Breakfast was perfect with great service again. The room was very comfortable and very clean. We will stay here again for sure and highly recommend.

Amenities were great. Spa they didn’t have someone covering all shifts for all services they offered. So understaffed. Amenities closed at 9pm which I think is super early compared to other resorts especially peak season and vacations. That was very disappointing!

The gym & spa are excellent (sauna nice & hot) and dinner at the slope room always good. Breakfast OK, tho coffee roast way too ‘lite & bright’. Room amenities were good, tho wear & tear is starting to show, some more attentive maintenance maybe. Overall a pretty good value for Vail.

Great location and friendly staff. Parking at the hotel is very limited so we had to park in the town garage for $60/night. We had a room with a connecting door to the room next door and could hear absolutely everything through the door/wall. The room itself was nice, especially the fireplace. The bathrooms could use an update, especially the shower which was tiny and smelled like mildew. We enjoyed using the gym’s sauna and steam room. Common areas are nicely updated and well styled.

This is a very nice property with an excellent location in Vail Village. The spa and gym facilities are very impressive for a hotel. However, for the one night we were there the hot tubs and the steam room were broken. This was very unfortunate, as this was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. In addition, the elevator was broken on the day we checked out.

Was so excited to stay here but was dissapointed. The “arcade” room is a fusbal table… couldn’t play it because it was in the work from home area and people were working. room service didn’t come on Friday but attempted to come Saturday while I was in the room. The website said breakfast included and when I got there it wasn’t, then the site said for a fee. The coffee bar took 55 minutes to make 2 kids eggs and 2 smoothies. Room had an horrible view. Overall disappointed.
