Valerie was a great host, very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed, and needed, the breakfast foods she provided, since it was raining when we got there and didn’t have time to go to the store. Eggs, coffee, creamer, yogurt, pastries, were all wonderful. The neighborhood is cute, with a dog park and stores near by. We visited The City of 10,000 Buddha’s, which we enjoyed very much. If you are traveling with a dog, this place is perfect.

Such a lovely place to stay! The hosts were friendly and the place was adorable. Very nice, clean and well kept. The snacks and food in the fridge was a huge bonus! The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. This was the best relaxing place to be.

This cottage was the most beautiful and comfortable place that we have stayed in our travels. Very pet-friendly yard, and accomodating hosts, who provided breakfast pastries.

This cozy and beautifully styled cottage is a perfect get-away. It is generously supplied with toiletries, snacks, and refrigerated items. A gift of fresh local bakery goodies is delivered by the host in the morning. The backyard with patio table is surrounded by lush plants and vegetables. We appreciated all the special touches and kindness of the hosts that made for a perfect stay.

If I could give Valerie’s place more than 5 stars I would. This is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the amazing backyard garden with the fountain and many seating options was just what we needed after a long day’s drive. The cottage is well stocked with snacks and fresh baked good were provided in the morning. I will definitely stay here again if I’m going through Ukiah.

We loved the place and the hosts! The space is smallish, yet very comfortable, and extremely well curated - just the right things in all the right places throughout to make best use of the space. The décor seemed relaxed French country, fully updated. The back yard offered various places to sit and enjoy the landscaping and weather. The hosts were attentive, happy to engage, yet never intrusive. We'd certainly stay again when in the area.

This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and hosted by the nicest people! The cottage was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. I felt like we were living in a magazine. The schats bakery breakfast was a special treat and overall, we just felt very pampered and taken care of! Valerie and Charles were absolutely wonderful and we left feeling like friends. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance and we definitely will be coming back!

The place is as beautiful as the pictures. Great location-- .4 mile walk to downtown. The amenities are the best I've experienced--bathrobes, amazing snacks and high-quality breakfast stocked in the fridge. Small, but fully-operable kitchen. And very kind hosts!

Top 3 stays!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just mins away from the Main Street with plenty of food and drink options. The guest house is so charming. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Snacks and a stocked fridge. To top it off, pastries in the morning! Highly recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

Incredible stay

This was amazing and we will absolutely be booking here again!! A gorgeous cottage with lots of amenities, immaculately clean, great outdoor space to relax with our dog. The fenced in yard made traveling with a dog so easy! Valerie and Charles are so thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and nice!! They really went out of their way to make everything perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this stay!

Obsessed!

I’m obsessed with how cute and lovely this stay was, we really felt spoiled by Valerie! The house was well designed, spotless, and even had a fridge fully stocked with yogurt and almond milk and delicious granola. Valerie and her beau were absolutely lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them! Great location, walking distance into town. Can’t recommend this place enough!

All I can say is WOW

What an incredible find. This tiny home had everything 2 people could need. Everything was so well thought out and beautifully designed. There were so many snacks and treats in the kitchen and the owner ever dropped off fresh pastries on our first morning there. The yard is beautiful and the space is perfect for 2 people. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage in a great location. The weather was very hot when we were there so we really appreciated the comfort when we had to stay in. It is a nice walk to downtown in the early morning cool.

Charming Cottage!

Such a clean and charming cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are so responsive and pleasant. And they included many snacks and breakfast items in the frig, as well as fresh pastries from a local bakery our first morning. We would definitely visit again.

Small but mighty

Valerie’s home is an immaculate and charming garage conversion and addition. The home is a small one bedroom detached unit adjacent to the owner’s house. It was stocked with all sorts of yummy food and beverages. Overall it was very nicely outfitted and organized. The back yard is perfect for lounging and was great for our dog to hang out. The location was in a nice older neighborhood very close to downtown Ukiah, perfect for walking. Valerie was a great host and happens to be a realtor if you are in the market😀. Great experience!

absolutely wonderful stay, no detail left out. the thoughtfulness of the hosts was incredible. they bought me pastries for breakfast! i loved the kitties and their sweet doggos as well. they made me and my anxious senior dog so comfortable - thank you!

Central Ukiah

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. It was the perfect jumping off location to explore Ukiah and the surrounding area. The full kitchen was a boon, so we could eat some meals in. Our host was nice and brought us fresh pastries the first evening. She also provided a variety of drinks, snacks, and breakfast goodies. The only down-side was an issue with the key when we arrived, such that we had to log on to VRBO from the car and contact our host. She lives onsite so she was able to come and rectify the problem. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe, and a local coffee shop is within easy walking distance.
