We were not out of the room one morning and we're about to leave and they came by to clean but they never came back. And if understand they don't fully clean everyday. But we had wet towels on the floor when they cleaned the bathroom they left and did not replace with clean..not did they take away.. and we stayed 9 days in the best suite.. so concerning. Plusyou cannot call down to get towels and not that it's a problem but we are 81.. and no one wants to have to walk down.. so your phone does not work to call the front desk to ask for anything.. actually they are fighting with the property management, and Hilton which is taking them over .. they haven't had a local number for 6 months ..

This is the second time I’ve stayed in room 308 and both times the fridge hasn’t worked. Then I went to get ice and the machine was not working/or was out of ice. I was not told this when I checked in. I then had to go down to the second floor and get ice. I can’t call the front desk because the phones here do not work. This is the only hotel I have EVER stayed in that does not have working phones. What if there is an emergency? There is supposed to be a text sent from the front desk after you check in as a way to communicate but I did not receive that so could not even use that method this stay.
