They gave our room away

Tried to check in a 8pm, but they informed us they overbooked and gave our room away. They booked us the hotel next door by Marriott. It was less expensive than our booking, so not only did they give our room away, they still made a profit off of our stay. Never have experienced this before. They said they give away bookings at this location if you book through Hotels.com or other third parties. If you plan to stay, you have to book directly through them and show up early. The other hotel worked, just annoyed we couldn't stay where we booked and the hassle of taking the whole family to a place we didn't book, all while knowing they still made a profit over our incovenience. Will book elsewhere in the future.

I arrived at the front desk and they could not find my reservation. I showed them my Expedia reservation number, but they said that wouldn’t work. As a result, I did not have a room and they were sold out.

Love me some Hampton Inn

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn's anywhere. The room is always clean, roomy and I loved the double vanities. Lighting could of been a bit brighter but this was not a deal breaker.
