Quiet and peaceful, fully furnished studio apartment has everything you need. Brand new appliances, Roku 50" TV, washer and dryer. Brand new queen mattress and bed frame. Studio is located on one side of main house, with two separate entrances to provide privacy. The property has beautiful views and pool privileges are included for the in-ground pool and lounge area. Plenty of parking, a mere six minutes to N. State St. Ukiah.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
