Very nice. Bathroom too small. Pleasant personal good location

Off season rate very expensive for a subpar hotel. Our room had chairs that were torn to pieces and should have been destroyed. No elevator. Noisy location. Staff was lukewarm. Not a good value.

We arrived to our nonsmoking room in front of the pool that smelled like cigarettes from the outside. When I opened the door the smell was 100x worse. I immediately went back to the front desk and they promptly relocated us to the opposite end of the building to make sure we weren't breathing in toxic fumes all night with our 15 month old. The new room reeked of cheap men's cologne which I will take any day over smoke. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the town itself is sketchy. The staff was nice but I can't stay here again

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is quite suitable for any traveler. Clean comfortable accomodations. It's not the Ritz, but when the other chains charge $180 a night and this one charges $80... I tell you Travelodge Ukiah is the way to go!

Stayed here with my friend after a long car ride. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite our late arrival. When we arrived, there was a difficult customer ahead of us, and the staff remained calm and never lost her temper. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay at this hotel on our way to Clear Lake. It had a pretty hefty breakfast, a clean room, and kind staff. What more can a traveler ask for? I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

excellent staff. very clean. Nice lobby with new papers and fresh coffee all day. Great breakfast included. Room was clean and it was right off the highway. Excellent experience. Also on the main drag close to all.

Thought I would never have the opportunity to watch tv on a crt display. With the price of LED flatscreens, it was a surprise to see something like this in a good room.

Hotel is very easy to locate right next to the onramp. Whan we pulled up I thought it might be very noisy because of how close it was to Hwy 101. There was no road noise at all in the room and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Will stay here again on future trips.

I would recommend a stay here. Clean home, recently remodeled. Nice breakfast.

room was clean although a little stuffy. We had to keep the windows open for a while. breakfast included bacon and scrambled egg, besides the usual pastries, cereal ..., which we consider a plus. overall breakfast was better than we had in other hotels in the past year.

After committing to drive from Thousand Oaks to Arcata with my daughter to check out HSU we needed a place to spend the night conveniently on the drive. 500 miles from home seemed like a reasonable distance to drive after work. Ukiah was the town and this was the place. It's literally right at the end of the freeway off ramp! I was greeted nicely and check-in only took minutes. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Slept well. Good water pressure in the shower. I'd definitely stay there again.

Room was ready when we got there and breakfast was a little stale

The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean with the exception of a couple stray hairs in the shower. The shower was nice but the bathroom itself is very small. The wifi was fast, a pleasant surprise. The bed and mattress were comfortable but not deluxe. The biggest let down is the breakfast. It lacked variety, the food choices were exactly the same 4 days in a row down to only one flavor of yogurt being offered over my 4 day visit. Also, items were often out or nearly out and the food quality was poor. If all you want is something to fill you up this breakfast might work but if you want something healthy or tasty make other plans.

we had very good impression about this hotel.Very clean and comfortable.

They where up grading hot water heater but it was well worth the minor in convience of no water for a lil bit

The check in clerk was not very friendly and seemed to be experiencing some type of problem checking us in. Floor of bathroom needed cleaning. There appeared to be dust and bugs in the corner.

The only positive is the price. The non-smoking room smelled of old smoke. It's at the confluence of 101 and North State Street, so the noise is continuous. The walls are thin and the neighbor's TV was on all night. The buffet breakfast was poor and had run out one morning when we tried to eat. There were silverfish in the tub. We refused even to use the tub or whirlpool. A miserable experience that soured the end of our vacation.
