Nice stay in a beautiful city

Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible.

The hotel is partly abandoned with a forgotten pool area and sharing an entrance with a slum in the worst part of town. The room was not cleaned well and the breakfast despite having good dood is located in a dungeon. I was sorry to have booked despite having a view of this secondary lake
