I had stayed @ Trident for 5 days. It has been one of the finest experience of hotel stay in 35 years. You are welcomed in comfort and taken to respective rooms. Everything is well organized. Breakfast has spread for continental and Indian meals, with juices, ready to order and tea coffee. Property has lot of greenery and you can wonder around and if need rest you can sit on one of the benches. Nice arrangements for swimming pool.. Over all best expereince
What a beautiful hotel. Everything in this hotel is first class, to our welcome greeting, to our check out. The gardens are immaculate. But the best thing in this hotel is the service and friendliness of all the staff. Would like to mention Rashid on the Aravalli terrace restaurant for his extra special service. Loved Udaipur and this hotel. If we were lucky enough to come back would definitely stay here.
I thought the rooms were a bit congested. The bathroom though small did give a luxurious feeling. The service of the staff at dining was nice, but room service was not the best. The view from the buffet restaurant to the pool and the hills is truly one of a kind
We had a one night stay here while travelling and it was a welcome stop after a long day of driving. The rooms were well decorated and plush, the bar and restaurant had good food (if a little expensive) and the view at breakfast was fantastic.
Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times so I am fully aware of how good their service is .. and yet this time when I was staying with my family for a birthday celebration (my own!) I was truly delighted to see the levels to which the Trident team went to ensure that my stay was made even more special.... From decorating my room to the cake / flowers / personal greeting card / gift etc everything was truly wonderful... Special mention needs to be made of Shah Nawaz from front desk and Ashok from guest services for their excellent work in making this trip of mine truly memorable.. Hats off guys .. Trident Udaipur truly rocks 👍🏽
We stayed at this beautiful property in november and vwry pretty amazed by the hospitality. The staff pampers you and takes care of every req judiciously.sourabh sandeep and dhananjay at Aravalli reastuarant were just amazing with their energy levels.chef chinmay went over the board to accomodate our request of authentic cuisines even thought it was not in their set menu.Real worth for every penny spent.
The service at this hotel was excellent, as were the breakfast, pool happy hour, and grounds (which it shares with the Oberoi). The hotel is like a Hilton, and was welcomed at the end of a 2-week journey.
I would have stayed in Trident Udaipur at least six times, each time the level of service has left me delighted. The maintenance of the property is too good. I find this is a great space to be with family. The staff's orientation and urge to serve is very heart touching. My children would jump with joy the moment we say we are visiting Trident Udaipur...
Udaipur is an amazing place! It also offers some pretty great upscale facilities but prices are in general very high compared to other cities. To give an idea, there are 3-4 top hotels which all have starting prices >1’000 $ a night (at least in Oct/Nov when we went). Trident is a 5 Star hotel which is let’s say more affordable. The common areas as the pool, the gardens, the outside restaurant terrace are really top! The rooms are ok, but nothing special.. We enjoyed it a lot, but not sure if would come back. Think value for money is on the low side.
This has to be one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. The grounds are so lovely and the gardens are incredible. Such care is taken by the grounds keepers! The pool area and surrounding area is like a magazine cover. Our room had a "scalloped" type window and was large and beautifully decorated. The location is great and close to all of Udaipur's great attractions. Friendly staff and they arranged a special dessert for a family member who celebrated a birthday during out stay there! Large and varied breakfast buffet. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
