We actually stayed at the OMA property out of Ubud. It was fortuitous as it prompted us to explore more of the region. Beautiful stylish facilities and extremely comfortable. Staff were great. The relaxing stay that we were looking for away from the bustle of Ubud itself.
I absolutely loved this charming stay. Right in the center of Ubud, yet discreetly tucked away to feel like a secluded resort. The staff is so kind and very welcoming.
The room was well-equipped with water, a mini-fridge, tv, and a few little things such as clean and new comb, shave kit, etc.
There was a small balcony that opened up to lots of nature and a small creek down bellow.
Would definitely book again!
I love this villa. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The room was clean and beautiful. Balcony looks over jungle and river. The bathroom was spacious with all the amenities including water for brushing your teeth. The villa also had a mini fridge ,kettle and bottles of water. The staff with ask you via Whatsapp, if you if you want housekeeping. The pool is very clean and nice, right next to the water palace.
This is a nice place tucked off the main street in the heart of ubud. Unfortunately it is undergoing renovations so it was noisy right next to our room. The room is nicely decorated with a good bed but not much storage. No television reception as the aerial hadn't been installed yet. The hot water system was pretty crappy as only a 5 minute shower then 30 minutes to heat up for the next person.
Be aware that there's nowhere out front to park a car so you're jumping in and out trying to deal with luggage!
Overall it's a nice place for the private.
Right in the heart of Ubud. Great shopping and amazing food choices. The Waikiki of Bali. Beautiful villas. Affordable. Great staff and service

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff was very nice, room was clean and nice. Only thing was the shower was in the tub , and the shower nozzle was down low and very strange , couldn't really use it in that position to take a shower 🙃
Amazing location right in the center of Ubud but tucked away off the Main Street so it was surprisingly serene. It is connected to the Water Palace/Saraswati Temple and Lotus cafe, where breakfast is served. Staff were super kind. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is that there were bed bugs. I told the staff on departure after only staying one night and was not offered any compensation.
I cannot say enough great things about the hotel. I reserved at this hotel, because my original hotel was very noisy. The two hotels were very close, and I was a little skeptical since it is located right in the heart of the city. To my surprise, the hotel was super Quiet and it had a great view with lots of nature around. It is the best of both worlds, right in the middle of town with lots of choices to eat and shop, and it feels very secluded in the middle of the rainforest.
I am so glad I found this place.

Great value
If you are in the room next to "reception” and you take a shower, everyone there will see you naked. Also, since the doors and windows aren’t completely sealed, there are some mosquitos inside the room.
The location is a little hidden and you have to go through an alley that isn’t nice.
Apart from that, for the price it is probably the best option, the staff is friendly and the place is nice.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Prepare for cold showers, I was lucky to get 45 sec of hot water. Compared to the prices on AirBnB I really feel like I overpaid for this place. An easy thing to do on a first trip anywhere new, I suppose.
The staff was accommodating and replied to WhatsApp quickly, which was good as some little things in the room came up and needed fixing on a few occasions. The fridge was pretty warm, smelled weird, and made a very loud noice, so I simply had to unplug it. The location is very sentral, and staff is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you just came to the island and crave some post travel rest.
Positives – Location is good to access other amenities such several good restaurants that are very reasonable, and temples to visit. The hotel had lush green gardens and a clean swimming pool. The craft market is across the road from the hotel.
Negatives - The first room we had booked was terrible with a leaky toilet wetting the bathroom floor. Sheets were worn and stained, my wife refused to sleep in the bed and eventually slept with her clothes on. Access to this room was difficult and down some very steep stairs. The room was in a general state of disrepair but as we arrived very late we waited till the morning to ask for a room change and was given another room which was marginally better and paid an extra £20. This had new bedding and was a bigger room with a balcony. However, the bathroom sink tap leaked and was hard to operate and the shower area needed a deep clean.
The alleyway to the hotel was littered with open refuse sacks every day when we were there, which is very off putting, and we fed this back to them. We didn’t mind the place being a little ‘tired’ but the lack of cleanliness disappointing. If more attention was paid to the cleanliness this would be a good hotel to stay at.
Loved this hotel. The location was amazing since it is in the heart of Ubud but at the same time it felt hidden and peaceful staying here. The staff was very kind. They took our luggage and gave a deep tour of what our room looked like. One of my favorite hotels I have stayed at and worth the price!
Meget fint centrale hotel.
On a adoré
