First of all, the staff are fantastic. Their smiles upon first contact eased any anxiety I might have had about being in Bali for the first time. I was also very grateful for the 24-hour support they provided via WhatsApp during my stay. The pool was also fantastic, surrounded by forest, creating a truly hotel-like atmosphere. Amazing hotel in the middle of the rainforest. If you book their best rooms you will get a view of the pool and rainforest from your balcony which is sensational. I stayed in room 302 which I think has the best view as it’s centralised. Also offer all day breakfast and can be brought by to your room! Staff were amazing. I don’t have even 1 negative thing to say about this hotel. 10/10 from start to finish.
