I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed my stay. My problem with the hotel was that I didn’t sleep well because of the noise from the nearby temple. This isn’t the hotels fault, but there were problems with the communication from the staff. In the end the manager was very helpful and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Drinks and food are a bit overpriced, but I guess you pay for convenience. It’s not centrally located and not really possible to walk anywhere so you need a taxi or the shuttle to get into town. The grounds are nice and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend staying here. Request a room away from the temple if you can.
The grounds/pools/gardens were beautiful and there was so much to explore. You could stay a week here and not see everything they have to offer. The pools alone are worth staying there for, so many and each was different and special. The staff are so nice! We had most of our meals at the main hotel restaurant and they were enjoyable. The room (Grand Deluxe) was nice and roomy, we had a bed net and it was a lifesaver. Very roomy bathroom with a 2 person tub and shower, the only weird thing was the sink being outside in the bedroom.
We stayed at Mansion Bali at Ubud for 3 nights in the Grand Deluxe room . The resort is located in a calm and not so crowded place away from the main Ubud centre . The room provided to us was huge but it definitely needs a bit of renovation as the age is clearly visible in all aspects . The bed is huge and comfortable for 3 including a child . Resort provides a shuttle to main Ubud central area every 2 hrs and that’s very comfortable and good way to explore Ubud market area . Food at Hotel is very average and breakfast should be revamped to include more international cuisine . Overall my family was very happy with our stay and the Hotel but we could have explored slightly newer options at the same price point .
It was my first time in Bali and stayed at the Bali Mansion for 7 nights/ 8days. Wow, what a great place to stay! The staff are so kind and genuine. They really made me feel welcome and were more then accommodating. The mansion is pretty massive and just overall a lovely property. Not to mention, I love that they offered a shuttle to and from central ubud, which was only about a 10 minute shuttle bus. A great choice in terms of hospitality and location. I will definitely be back to stay with them again.
had an incredible stay at the mansion! - absolutely stunning grounds that keep opening themselves upto you - dozens of nooks within the property that have private pools and benches, perfect for relaxation and a little escape. the property has great onsite amenities like yoga classes, an incredible spa (highly recommend the massages!), and a complimentary shuttle service that takes you back and forth from the city center. the new restaurant plumeria was my absolute favorite in town - healthy vegan eats set against a stunning pool / natural background. must try the miso butter cauliflower & the incredible juices& smoothies! we loved our stay here, i'm sure you will too-
I spent two nights in a villa with pool. The property is genuinely huge, with unlimited sight of plants, green spaces and pools. Extremely quiet and spacious, one could barely see the other clients. I definitely recommend this place for meditation and relaxation! I will come back again with my partner. The restaurant, Plumeria, is definitely a must, with a large choice of Western and Indonesian gourmet food.
Spent a beautiful weekend at The Mansion - Very spacious, unique and colorful setting, the area is great to relax and enjoy the many pools and gardens in the villa. Our room and bathroom were very nice and clean which is always a plus. Truly enjoyed the fresh farmers market right next door, as well as the many activities offered by The Mansion. We especially adored the new area of Plumeria restaurant, beautiful sunset there, with plant based artisanal cuisine. Would definitely go back to enjoy some quiet time at Ubud. Highly recommended for a getaway and stay in the area.
We really liked our stay at the mansion What we liked The excellent staff especially Wayan and “uncle” who work in the lobby as porters. They made such a fuss of our 18 month old every day. Waiting for her after breakfast to take her to feed the fish in the pond outside. They made our stay here memorable Excellent swimming pools especially the one on crystal pool which isn’t easy to find Lunch at the main pool area - good value and tasty Size of the bedroom and bathroom Shuttle service to Ubud (although more frequent than 2 hours could be beneficial) What could be better We had no outside space in our room (candlewood 39) Breakfast was ok. Omelette station good but limited choice other than cereal for our daughter. Noise from adjourning rooms - you can hear everything due to shared roof space. Even when people next door as having normal conversations you could hear every word (not to mention other activities 😳) Location- not easy to access restaurants in local area. Overall a lovely hotel in Ubud
When walking into this place you are just taken away by the beauty. Then comes along all these smiling faces and you are welcomed with cold towels after a long ride and a refreshing delicious iced tea. You are then taken on a tour around the resort while being told about the rules and amenities available. The rooms are absolutely stunning. beautiful is an understatement.
Suitable for company outings. Halls available. A little bit maze-like. Can be challenging to navigate at night for lack of bright signages. Many spots to chill and work on your laptop. Good value for money.
