Hermoso lugar para descansar

El hotel es muy lindo y tranquilo, para descansar muy bien, pero se recomienda que los linos los laven mejor, estaban manchados y las toallas también

I was a returning guest at this hotel, and was disappointed to find it in a state of disrepair, nowhere near its former glory. The staff was super helpful and kind - when they were around, because sometimes I found the reception table empty - , and the hotel is situated in an amazing place with rice fields, peace and quiet. The conditions of the rooms, however, left a lot to be desired: the Wifi was practically non-existent as out of the 5 wifi spots offered, all of them kept going on and off, which was really inconvenient for me as a digital nomad. There were several nights there was no hot water to take a bath in, the pool wasn't properly cleaned, and the AC was dripping, and all they did was put a towel on the floor under it.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was warm and very welcoming and attentive. I travelled with my toddler and they made sure we were well taken care of. I even extended my stay, I love this place and breakfast was good too. Great laundry service. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Time for a remodel, stay somewhere else!

If I had known the condition of the hotel I would have either stayed somewhere else or spent a few bucks more on something better. The hotel is old and rundown and the pictures are photoshopped. The bathroom smelled horrible, we had to burn incense just to cope with the smell. The mattress was old and nasty, and didn't have a fitted sheet. They have no business center as listed, the internet is bad, our door broke multiple times during our stay so we had to call the front desk to let us into our room at least 3x. The “blackout” curtains didn't cover the entire window so the sun comes right in every morning. The staff doesn't really clean your room every day only make the bed and leave, no moping the floor or cleaning the bathroom they left a nasty floor towel on the floor for 3days until I said something. Honestly just pick another place to stay you will probably like it better.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at but you get what you pay for. The room is tired and there were obvious signs of mould on the roof of the room and there were blood stains on the sheets. property isn’t in the best location but all the tourist spots are only a grab ride away. Staff were lovely and helpful. Overall, due to the terrible condition of the property I wouldn’t recommend you stay there.

For the price, I shouldn’t complain. Overall wasn’t horrible but a few things to note if you are basing your decision on the website description: there is no shuttle, there is no laundry facilities, I wouldn’t recommend walking into Ubud from there. The rooms were basic and a little run down. The bedding and linens were questionable - the duvet inside the cover was yellow and the pillows had the smell of a very old pillow forgotten in the basement. If you stay in the villas like we did - note that the common area is technically outside and the upstairs room is not fully closed in so bugs and in our case a frog and lizaeds - can freely enter the room. The pool by the villas needs a good cleaning as it was building up a lot of brown algae. The staff however is very friendly and again for the price… it didn’t ruin our vacation and we have definitely stayed in worse in are travels. This is more of a PSA.

Very nice staff, unfortunately very dirty and old room. Weird mouldy smell, spiderwebs on the ceiling and walls and stains on the bed sheets. Leaking airconditioning which made a splash sound every hour or so.

Très bon accueil, chambres spacieuses( villa avec deux chambres). La chambre à l'étage est fermée à clé, car donnant sur l'extérieur. Paraît plus frais sur les photos qu'en réalité. Porte d'entrée ne fermant pas bien, peintures défraîchies. Mais, dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Sentiment mitigé, le personnel est accueillant et serviable , par contre l’hôtel est très vieillissant, nous avons du changer de chambre suite à un gros orage et à première vu nous n’étions pas les seuls . Les lits sont refait tous les jours , par contre nous sommes restés 7 jours , aucun changement de draps ni de serviettes . Le prix était effectivement pas cher mais on en a pour notre argent . Dommage cela pourrait être un petit coin de paradis mais cela demande quelques menu travaux

Unfortunately was not a great experience, rooms are not properly maintained and prepared for guests. Rooms are not clean, bad smell in rooms, bed are terrible, bathroom is really bad, not a good experience at all. Staff is good, place is not.

Although location is not central part of Ubud, it is very easy to book a grab/gojek bike to central area. Instead it was very peaceful and quiet to stay in this hotel, really enjoyed the clean, refreshing pool everyday. My only complain was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom fan/vent but besides that, room was kept clean, there was daily housekeeping.
