Just a note about the cable: the xfinity local cable only worked in the upstairs bedroom to the right where the modem is located, and the tv in the living room did not work at all. If you are going to Tybee Island for the outdoor activities or if you want to use Apps in your room this won’t be a huge issue. Just a little bit of an inconvenience when wanting to catch up on local news or weather conditions in the area.
