Best Weekend Getaway!

My girlfriends and I had the best time! The property was beautiful and I loved the gated community. We had the most amazing view overlooking the pool and bay. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait until the next stay there!

Location was great

Our villa was great. We all had plenty of room to move around which was a huge plus since it rained most of the time. We also seen 20+ dolphins every morning from the balcony. Our beach was nice and quite and we were on a inlet so we didnt have to worry about rip currents. Overall we really enojoyed pur stay

We enjoyed a wonderful family weekend. We were disappointed that the pool closes early (9p) and opens late (9a). It would be nice to have extended hours in the summer. The unit was well-decorated and comfortable. The garbage disposal broke the first day but it was fixed within an hour.

Girlfriend trip

This was an excellent property for a girlfriends' getaway. The view was wonderful from our balcony as we watched dolphins and ships in the bay. We loved the short walk to the beach and were fortunate to have beautiful weather. We will definitely plan more trips to the location.

North Beach Tybee

Condominium is on the north beach area of the island. I have been going to Tybee Island for 45 years and have always gone to the south beach area. This area has too many crowds and too many things going on. Our Condominium was such a family oriented area. The beach was almost private and sat where the Savannah river meets the ocean. You saw dolphins, ships going to and leaving Savannah. There were two lighthouses and Fort Pulaski in view..I plan on returning to this condo and would recommend this place to everyone.

It was fine, but…

I hardly ever leave “bad” reviews… Cons: Property management is uncommunicative. Internet was out 2 days we were there. There is no tv available for rainy days or evenings unless you sign into your accounts on apps. The cleaners apparently only clean the main parts— there was dirt on the window seal in the bathroom, in the cabinets in the bathroom & kitchen, & very built up dust on all the shelves/pictures. For this to be a condo there is nothing there— no dish soap, no salt & pepper & the can opener doesn’t work well, which is disappointing. We get condos bc we cook all our meals while on vacation. The porch! The porch has a switch in the master bedroom that is labeled ‘porch outlet’ but it doesn’t work. The outlet doesn’t work at all and there’s no light! **And the two most important & significant issues: 1. there is cardboard & duct tape holding the space between the stairs & the platforms of each floor wh- is just awesome! 2. This property is not oceanfront, it is on the Savannah River. It was a nice place if you have younger kids & the beach was nice but it’s definitely mislabeled! Also there is no ramp from the property to the beach area it’s stairs. Pros: huge bed in master, condo is big all the way around from the bathroom to the closets which was nice, they do have an elevator on the property & it is gated which makes you feel safer. The condo has a few floats & lots of games for rainy days or evenings. Porch was nice minus the aforementioned items in cons

Birthday Trip

This is our 2nd time staying at the property through Tybee Beach Vacation rentals, in less than a year, and we'll be back as soon as possible. It was literally a perfect vacation, the process is easy, the property is everything. It was the best birthday vacation I could have asked for!

Beautiful property

The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautiful spot to enjoy the beach! Quiet area. Check in was easy and we had good communication with the host. My only issues were that the bathroom in the master bedroom was not as clean as it could have been. There were hairs on the floor and in the shower. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner containers were empty which was fine. I had my own but the bottoms were all caked up with the products. I also think the pool could have been open later. It’s still light out at 8pm. I feel like we could have had a couple more hours to swim especially when the pool had lights. Extra trash bags in the kitchen would have been nice also.

We loved our stay at Bay View Villas room 202. It was great to look out and see multiple dolphins playing at almost anytime, passing cargo ships, and shrimp boats. I would suggest that they provide potholders, a pitcher for tea, non- slip rugs in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience.

Fantastic stay at this property. Wonderful location on North end of Tybee, the quieter end! Great view of pool and ocean. Also shrimp boats in the evenings and dolphins and awesome sunsets. We really did not want to leave !

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED VERY WELL. HOWEVER WITH THIS BEING A BEACH PROPERTY I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED SOME BEACH ITEMS IN THE CLOSETS. THERE WERE NO CHAIRS/TOWELS OR ANYTHING FOR THE BEACH. TRYING TO RENT THEM AND THEY WERE ALL SOLD OUT AND THERE WAS NOT A BEACH CHAIR AROUND TO BE SOLD. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN A BEACH TOWN. WE FLEW IN SO BRINGING THEM FROM HOME WAS NOT AN OPTION. IN THE CONDO, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE STARTER LAUNDRY ESSENTIALS. ALL IN ALL WE HAD A GOOD TIME, JUST SOME LITTLE EXTRA TOUCHES WOULD HAVE MADE IT THAT MUCH BETTER.
