Property is overall good. There is no ocean view. It is on a marsh. Having a pool is nice but lot of debris, leaves and bugs. Black crabs around the pool. Also saw a baby lizard. One of the bedroom doors creaks a lot. One switch for fan and light so cannot have fan on in the night. Didn’t receive any checkout instructions and so did the best we could.

Great home for large family

This home was a great home for large family. The large open kitchen made family cooking wonderful. Having sleeping quarters on every floor made it great for those who wanted to be a bit of separation when needed. All together it was a wonderful stay.The kitchen is equipped with what is needed to cook but could use some additions/upgrades. Plenty or storage space to accommodate more supplies. Also having back up toilet paper, paper towels, dish cloths, trash bags would be a benefit to the guests as well. The remote situation could use a bit of explaining. Just know the Samsung remote controls the volume. ;) The biggest down fall is that in the pictures you see the elevator but is not given to you for accesses. This is NOT a handicap friendly home as there are A LOT of stairs. and no way to go around them. I would suggest removing the picture of the elevator. If you are bringing small children, there is a pack and play available with sheets BUT the baby gate that is provided is to small and broken.
