Tybee Beach Cottage is the perfect home your family!

This sprawling colonial style beach house is only a few steps to Tybee Island's Beach and Atlantic Ocean. Plenty of space for family and friends, this home has 7 bedrooms, a third floor loft bedroom. 6 bathrooms, and multiple sunrooms and decks. The home sleeps a total of 20 guests in beds, the master king suite is very private and spacious with a huge walk in closet, en suite with two showers, sitting area with tv and private deck. Down the steps and across the main living space, you find a second master with a queen bed, sitting area with sofa and tv, private bathroom with updated shower. Up the stairwell to the second floor you find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, another living area with sofa and large tv and sun decks. Loft on the 3rd floor has 4 twin beds, tv, door to sun deck and an ocean view.

Huge Beach Cottage, 7 bedrooms, loft bedroom, 6 bathrooms, multiple sunrooms and decks, 11 Smart tv's, Wifi, 2 car garage, additional parking in driveway for 4 cars, sleeps 20!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The house is beautiful The heater failed halfway through our stay. Island Rentals responded after 24 hours and said they would send someone. No person arrived. Multiple calls and emails were sent and nothing was done. We had to use space heaters. The house when we arrived was not clean. The cleaning people do not wipe door frames. The windows were not clean. Our socks were black walking around the house. The washing machine kept giving us a warning code that said not enough water. The dryer did not work at all. It took two days for the dryer to dry one load. I definitely think we need to be credited for our stay.

Part of the air conditioner units didn't work it took 3 days for anyone to answer the phone I left numerous messages after I did speak with someone,.no one came out. Disappointed with the combination process
