AMAZING HOUSE, lovely view, clean

we celebrated my sister’s bachelor party at this house and it was absolutely amazing. Such a short walk to the beach, very spacious, lots of porches/balconies, which was really nice. Very clean and had lots of cooking utensils on hand.

Enjoyed our stay. House fit our family. It needs a deep clean like woodwork and kitchen ceiling pop stains. A couple of the dining chairs were broken I would come back!

Clean fresh and spacious

Our group of six adults and 4 children enjoyed the house. It was clean and spacious, with nice finishes. The primary bathroom was awesome with tiled overhead shower, big soaking tub with jets. The heated swimming pool is small but great for swimming laps, and our kids really liked it! Pool depth ranges from 3.5 ft to 5 feet. This is a beach-view property, not beach front, and we had a nice view of the ocean especially from the crow's nest rooftop deck. Beach access is easy via a sandy pathway over the dune. Wheelchair accessibility is good but not perfect. You park in the garage and roll to the elevator which worked perfectly. We found the thresholds to be challenging but not impossible. Many thanks for creating a wheelchair friendly home!

Splendid Large Property on Tybee Island

We gathered together as a family of 11. We enjoyed ourselves at this large, upscale property. The kitchen was well-equipped and the elevator was a game changer for moving around suitcases and members of our family who have mobility challenges. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings inside were nice.

Savannah + Beach Vacation

We had a group of 12 adults stay in this very comfortable and well laid out house in Tybee. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Savannah. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

This home was perfect for us and our extended family to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or for us all to gather together for meals and games in the spacious living area. It was close to the bike route, close to the beach, close to the pier, the market, and restaurants. We were able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go, even all the way north side to the lighthouse Everyone enjoyed the beach and the heated pool. It is definitely on our list to stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We came for a girls trip weekend. The space was perfect for 5 (could be 6) adults in single rooms. We all had our own space and plenty of room in the common areas. I can’t say enough about the beauty of this property. The decor and furniture were gorgeous. The pool area was great for hanging out. It’s super close to the beach. Beds were all comfortable. Whole house was super clean. Only thing I could give as far as feedback was maybe some more pots and pans and maybe some beach towels. We came in for the weekend so didn’t all bring beach towels. That would not deter us to stay again in this home.

Wonderful House!

My family met here for a week to honor my mom and dad and spread their ashes. Couldn't have asked for a better house. The main floor was big enough to have everyone together but never feeling crowded. Porches on all 3 levels plus a widows peak where we got to watch a spectacular lighting storm off the coast. Master bedroom with a full wall of windows was a great way to relax to the sights and sounds of the ocean. Will stay here again.

WONDERFUL RESPITE

Imagine waking up each morning to a gorgeous sunrise just steps away from the beach. The house was spotless, the pool warmed to just the right temp, and it was walking distance to restaurants and activities. It is also close enough for day trips to Savannah and all the fun that it offers. We had a wonderful time.
