Welcome to Snowbird's Paradise on Tybee Island! This perfectly located 3 Bed/2.5 Bath Condo has all the amentities of home and is only a short walk to the beach! Enjoy wraparound porch with beach views, 2 pools and a hot tub plus barbeque grilling area, Centrally located near the pier and within 3 blocks from Restaurants, Bars, Groceries, etc.
Two reserved parking spots, dedicated work area, access to all beach chairs, tent etc. Fully equipped, including wifi, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, grill on deck. All the comforts of home, including holiday decorations if choose to use.
This unit is only available during the months of October to March. Very clean and updated. Only used by family for the past 7 yrs. Cleaning service available if needed during your stay. Book the whole six months and receive a discount.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
