This property was very outdated, the toilet seat was barely on, the toilet was so low to the ground you had to hold onto something to sit down. The baseboard was so old it was coming off. The air conditioners were rusted out and dripping rusty water, ours didnt even cool our room. The bed was a semi thick mattress on a "rock hard" slab foundation. The whole time we were in the room, the smell of pot was drifting in through the ac. It was horrible, we WILL NOT go back. It was a typical 2 star MOTEL, very dirty, overpriced!

This was a great place to just need somewhere to sleep at. Staff was friendly, accommodated early check in, and room was very clean. Only complaint I have is the pool area needs updated pretty bad, it was small. The trash area was right next to it, so it smelled while sitting there. Thankfully we spent majority of the time at the beach.

Clean, staff were friendly. Only negative was there was a hole in the floor tile. Was a tripping hazard since it was in the walk way going toward the sink.

Updates and Cleaning Needed

Check-in went well And the desk clerk was very accommodating. The rooms, however, were very outdated. The bathroom was in need of some repair and the air conditioning in our second room continually tripped the electric which requires a move to a different room. The bed linens had stains and hair. The walkways and stairs were filthy. We ended up leaving.

The entire experience was good for us, not the lest of which they allowed us to bring our who was more chilled there than at our home. Everything was in walking distance. A lot to explore and and a lot to enjoy.

Our stay was terrible from the time we entered for check in until we decided not to stay. The room floors was flooded with water my 19 mos old slip and fell on the wet floor bruising her leg the water sinks service was horrible. No compassion for my 19 mos old
