This A-frame home is located in a remote location in Twentynine Palms, CA in the peaceful Wonder Valley neighborhood where night skies are captivating & still. Situated at the top of Wonder Valley for one of a kind city views from afar, while also up against unobstructed mountain view’s. These views are for the dreamers, thinkers and creatives. I will be available through the app, text or call. The Don is located in a remote location in 29 Palms, CA in the peaceful Wonder Valley neighborhood. It’s a 20 minute drive into the closest town which is Downtown 29 Palms. 30 minutes away from Joshua Tree National park. 1 hour away from Palm Springs Airport. 2 hours and 30 minutes from Las Vegas You do not need a 4x4 to get to the property. Here in the Hi-Desert there is wildlife so please be aware you might see snakes, coyotes, rabbits and all kinds of critters. So please bring all food and utensils back inside the house. Do not feed the wildlife! We do require all of our guests to be fully verified with Airbnb. There is a bath tub in the master bedroom that is currently not for use. The property is a remote property located in Wonder Valley, approximately 20 minutes from the nearest town (downtown 29 palms). While this offers a truly peaceful and secluded getaway, it also means that you should plan ahead and bring any necessary supplies, groceries, or provisions with you.Also because of the quietness of the desert you might hear cars pass by from the property. We offer Starlink Internet but recommend that you download any necessary maps or driving directions before heading out from the property, as cell phone service may be limited in some areas. Although the property is remote, it is still easily accessible by car. Because of the quietness of the desert, you might hear cars pass by the main road. Keep in mind that you are staying in the heart of the Mojave desert, which means that you may encounter some of the local wildlife during your stay. Keep an eye out for creatures such as rabbits, hawks, owls, quails, coyotes, lizards, and snakes. While these animals are generally harmless, we ask that you respect their space and avoid disturbing them. We have a strict no outdoor music after 9 p.m. If outdoor music is playing after 9 p.m this will result in a $1,000 fine. SERVICE PROVIDERS - During your stay, you may encounter maintenance and upkeep staff. Please allow them on to the property to do their jobs as scheduled. We will do our best to address unforeseen circumstances. - Landscaper Scheduled as needed - Pool and hot tub spa: Thursday. Sometimes Friday depending on providers schedule Cowboy Tub will not be in service from December through March. EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT- We do provide early check in for our guest at 10:00 a.m. , if available, for a fee of $75. Also for a late check out at 4 p.m if available for a $75 fee. Please let me know prior to booking if interested. SECURITY CAMERAS - For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the entry doors and driveway up to the house and on the side of the house facing the street. Cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas. RENTAL ORDINANCE- Please pay attention to the relevant short-term rental ordinances in accordance with county or city guidelines. If you violate any ordinance and as a result the property is fined, you will be responsible for payment of the fine. LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool and spa, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless. Dogs- We do allow dogs with a pet fee of $95 for the first 2 dogs. Then $25 for each after the first 2 for your whole stay.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
