Pool was closed. Water had no pressure and made a very loud noise when turned on. Key malfunctioning in lock, also couldnt close the door without reinserting the key a second time to get it to close properly. Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana all night long from people smoking nearby. I know the hotel had no control over this….but the people coming/going all night there were very shady characters. Felt very unsafe. Booked 2 nights (I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem) and left after the first night. Requested a refund, never heard back.

The room smelled very strongly of smoke, and I woke up multiple times during the night to heavy weed and cigarette smoke smells. There was no shampoo or conditioner, even in the main office. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. The only amenity was coffee in the lobby. Staff were kind and friendly, but I probably won't stay at a Motel 6 again since all my belongings now smell like secondhand smoke.
