Front desk staff brusque and not welcoming. The hotel is way overpriced for the quality of the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean. The ac worked but was very noisy. The room faced the parking lot and there was a lot of noise from the street as well as guests arriving and departing. The shower was terrible as the head had calcification and there were jet spray nozzles below which shot water all over until i figured out how to shut them off. There were instructions which diagrammed how to use the shower head but there was no mention of the jet nozzles. To go breakfast had to be requested and was a sad offering of a container of cereal, milk, piece of fruit and yoghurt. The yogurt foil lid had been damaged and inside was a sharp two inch piece of plastic which rendered it inedible. A lot of noisy dogs in adjacent rooms.

Spacious room, decent towels & bedding, convenient shopping

It was nice to have free breakfast. They are have kitchenette.

Room and site was clean and nice. Safe parking, Nice bed, comfortable room, good shower water pressure, cordial and easy check out. Sadly there was an extremely rude and inexplicably confrontational woman at check in.

Our family stayed here for the proximity to the Joshua Tree west entrance and it was a great choice! The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean and a terrific value. Had to take off a star because a few items were out of order (automatic door to enter building, ice machine and vending machine), which weren’t a big deal to us though I could see how they might be a negative for other travelers.

Very overpriced! Due to COVID the pool was closed...understandable. They also weren’t serving breakfast, they said they’d have “grab bags” instead but they didn’t have those either. We were traveling with our dog so it’s understandable the room they put us in had some pet damage but there were tons on stains on the carpet and the room had less than the bare minimum. Our shower head was broken the first morning and resulted in water everywhere! They fixed it a few hours later but the new shower head wasn’t much better. I expected more for the price we paid, not many options in the area though so they charge whatever they want!

Comfortable room. Welcome respite after a long day in the car. Friendly staff. Restaurants nearby.

Wonderful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location.

We were in town for one night to attend a concert at Pappy and Harriet and booked the Best Western since it’s only a 10 minute drive from the venue. The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. One issue was the bed sheets were very thin and itchy. Breakfast in the morning at the hotel is also quite good. You get scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, breads, and cereal.

WiFi is weak and could be improved , laundry is available, clean room close to Joshua Tree park

Excellent staff. Rooms are clean and quiet. Excellent location. Good breakfast.
