Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations we just what we needed and more. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard as much as I hoped mostly because we were busy elsewhere but it was very inviting. Two garage door openers were included which made getting in and out easy. There are grocery stores near by and we were located close to one of Joshua Tree entrances which we spent a whole enjoying. The host was also very responsive when I had a few questions and even accommodated us adding one more person to our agreement (with advance notice).

Great Location near Joshua Tree

THE HOUSE. Everything was as listed, plus. We got to stay over a week so had access to washer and dryer which was a plus in the dusty desert :) The May temperatures were perfect and we did not use the AC much at all except for the heat of the day around 3-4p. The covered 2-car garage was also a nice perk not mentioned in the listing! We would surely return!!! The decor was tasteful, beds comfortable and seating areas ample. We loved the outdoor space and my dog enjoyed the yard. There is a little bunny who comes visit the front yard in the morning :) THE KITCHEN I love island kitchens and it served our group of 6 well. My only complaint is it is not equipped enough for groups. There are no large serving platters or mixing bowls. To make a salad I had to dress it in a large cooking pot. Not a deal breaker just gotta get creative. We did make use of the dishwasher. Overall it would have been nice to have at least a rice cooker or crockpot, but I had a friend bring. There are no appliances like blenders or coffee grinder; but there is a coffee machine. CHECK-IN was overall smooth and responsive. I did have to remind them to send key code for door 3 hours before my arrival, but they picked up the phone quickly and sent everything via email. NEIGHBORHOOD. There are restaurants and shops within 5 minutes drive. Neighborhood is quiet. Be careful walking dogs in the neighborhood! So many foxtails and burrs. I had to pluck a few from my dogs paw with tweezers :)

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay in Yucca Valley. The home was immaculate. The decor was beautiful and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I really liked how the shampoo and cleaning products were "clean/green". The backyard was very large with beautiful landscaping. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy. Our daughter enjoyed the swing. We enjoyed the firepit at night and we felt comfortable leaving our dogs out for the night. Eventhough we were in a residential area we felt like we had plenty of privacy. We would definitley recomened this property to family and friends and come back ourselves.
