No complaints. Pleasant stay.

Front desk area gjves bad first impression. Messy and outdated. Room smelled musty and 2 roaches came out from behind refrigerator. I got moved to 2nd floor, which was better but will never stay again.

I really liked the lady who checked us in. She really takes pride in her job and it shows!

Was undergoing some renovation but a very nice, small hotel with clean rooms and good staff. No breakfast provided but that was due to the CV-19 still in effect.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! They are there to help and are very professional and courteous. My room was clean and the service staff did a good job making my week stay seem like I was home!

The front desk waited for us to get there before closing up

First & foremost, that bathroom was dirty, as in caked on, built up dirt on floor/ corners, and a dirty tub with lovely mold starting in black spots. A little bleach and elbow grease would do wonders. Terrified I have caught a foot fungus. Yuck! I never wojld gave stayed on had the town not been fully booked. Room is outdated and counter clearly damaged/neglected. Superficial cleaning is not enough folks. I've never missed Hilton so much!!!

Bathroom was dirty, black mold in ceiling over bathtub and black stin in bathtub.

Looks nice from outside. Room however was old and smelled like crushed stink bugs. Bathroom had yellow stains. Shower had great pressure. Staff was nice.

needs updating and seems a bit high 418.00 for one night but had no choice since it was Ala. vs. LSU weekend

No elevator. Don't think about it if you've been traveling. Strong odors masked by Lysol

Gets the job done. Not a luxury hotel but cheap and clean .

I was a disappointed that the hotel did not have an elevator & we had to carry our luggage to the second floor. Then the carpeting was dirty and wore out. I'm going to look for a better place to stay the next time I come to town.

If you are only looking for a safe, somewhat clean place to sleep at an affordable price then this is it. My room was tiny, had a fridge that made all kind of funny noises all night, no remote, no phone, thin walls with lots of outside conversations and no iron. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

My family was just passing through on the way for family vacation. Very friendly staff. Rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean. Small breakfast in the morning was good for the kids before we continued our trip. Wouldn't have a problem staying here again.

Awesome evening staff. Quiet, great for a getaway!

As for your bug issue I due believe my staff moved you to a new room quickly and you were satisfied with those accommodation with out further issues. I hope you change your mind about staying in the future but if not I understand 1st impressions are lasting.

We are currently being renovated, and our property even though is a little outdated we are clean. If you had an issue you could have addressed the front office directly.
