I fly about 60,000 miles a year for my job and I always try to read the reviews of a hotel if I have never stayed somewhere before. Sometimes I have stayed at places that had good reviews and wondered if the owner of the hotel wrote their review because the review was better than the hotel! Anyway, I had never heard of this hotel chain before, so I had no idea what to expect, but the rate was right for my budget so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! This hotel was excellent! I had such a great stay that I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The room was spotless with great amenities and had nice little accents. The room was the type of quality that the super high-end hotels have, but with a decent rate! I wish all of the hotels I stay at are as nice as this one! For sure stay here, you will not regret it! I had never been to Tuscaloosa before, but if I come back, I will for sure stay here again!

This hotel was cheaper than the alternatives but still had nicer rooms than the capstone. However, there was no pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Great people to work with. Helped me in all areas requested. Thanks again for your kind staff!

The hotel is always a very pleasant place. The staff is very nice. The highway gives access to all of Tuscaloosa. The highway is also the only real issue. It makes arriving at certain times difficult, due to traffic conditions.

The staff was friendly and efficient and the room was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-furnished. The complimentary breakfast was basic -- I would have appreciated more fruit options. The location is very convenient for the types of things I do in Tuscaloosa. Overall staying here is a good experience.

We were comfortable in our room, staying just overnight en route to our destination. However, the free wifi didn't remain connected long enough to check our email, etc.; upon a third trip to the front desk, the clerk shared the nearby Walmart connection instead. All else was fine for the good price we received.

Friendly staff, good location with easy access. South of city downtown. Restaurants within .easy driving

went for the bama game, room was clean, bed comfortable, good selection of restaurants nearby. overall a good hotel!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing overnight stay here on the way to Louisiana. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a lot of options, though I'd still love a few more low-carb options. It is only a couple of blocks off the interstate, and the price was very reasonable. It's just what I look for in a stopover motel.

The hotel was average in all regards. Breakfast room could be a bit bigger as it got crowded and a little variety in the food would have been nice.

We requested a Handicap Accessable room for my Mother. This request was not honored and the front desk staff denied having received the request with the reservation.

Modified a sleeping room into a eating space. Enough space for ten chairs three tables. Very sparse selection of breakfast items. One waffle iron two kinds of cereal a few muffins.

I really enjoyed staying here for the night. THe staff was very friendly and the room was quite nice. I had a big King size bed and it was very comfortable. THe bathroom was a good size and I was very comfortable the whole night. I would recommend this to anyone. ANd it's very close to the University of ALabama.

I went to visit my son and his wife in Tuscaloosa and stayed at the Ambassador Suites for the weekend. The check-in/check-out was easy and quick. The room was nice and clean but had a slight musty smell. The continental breakfast was o.k. but I really enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and the central location. I would have liked a pool and fitness center but found the hotel to be a good value for the price.

Staff was friendly and was in a good location. About 3 miles from campus.

We were visiting our son at UA. This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. The first time, you could hear conversations in the room next door. Second visit, somewhat better. The third and LAST visit, we awoke (12:56 a.m.)to a child running in the room above us.

Had a question for the front desk clerk about the luggage cart, it was not there at the time, she took the time to find cart and called me when she found it. Did this on her own without my asking. Super nice staff, very clean and nice rooms, great continential breakfast in the morning and a great value at any price. I am very high on this hotel and will return anytime my travels take me back there. Our stay made this the best trip we have had. Made coming back to hotel stress free to decompress from day's activities.
