Very good front desk staff. Friendly employees. Nice rooms. Very convenient location. Breakfast was outstanding and the lady who runs it is very personable and gets us whatever we need. Ample parking. Nice gym too.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and there are some inconveniences. The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable as the room and carpeting and bathroom fixtures were old and had not been renovated. Prices were not discounted so I had expected at least some accommodation , Disappointing.

Room was spacious. Renovation is continuing. However, house keeping could use a refresher course in cleaning. Bath floor was dirty. Dirt was behind bath door on floor. Other than that, understandable look for renovations. Staff was excellent!

The room was nice enough. Housekeeping was about average, OK, but not impressive. The staff was courteous and helpful. I left in the early a.m. and did not try the breakfast They are in the process of remodeling; I don't believe mine was one of the remodeled rooms. The remodeling, plus construction of another hotel next door, PLUS road construction on McFarland made access a little dicey. In order to make a left turn on McFarland to go north, where most of the restaurants and services are located, you have to turn right, go under the Interstate, and find a place to make a U-Turn. The night I was there, nighttime road construction had traffic on McFarland really jammed up. I think this will be a nice enough place when all the remodeling and construction is complete, but I will avoid it in my trips through the area this summer and give them a chance to finish.

I simply wanted to say that although we did not end up staying here on a pre-planned reservation, the management was gracious to let us out of the reservation because the renovations had begun that day on their pool. We appreciate their courtesy and would give them a second try on a future visit.

This will be a nice place to stay when renovation is done. We not only set up the reservation online and saw nothing about the renovation, but then had called when the reservation did not show up in email and still were not given a heads up. Nice breakfast, bacon and eggs are much better than biscuit and gravy days. Roomy rooms, nice bed, etc. but due to reno we did have places where they must have removed a safety bar and patches in the tub. Noise from upper floors of reno going on downstairs was not very noticeable until night when they went to throw things either in dumpster or someplace else. Can't tell you about the pool/hot tub or amenities like that (the reason we and others stated were why this place was chosen) because the hallway was closed off to things and the renovation was keeping everyone from using them. A small paper on the counter when checking in...without it even being pointed not good enough notice. Please update your website about the renovations and what will be involved. Elevator is scary sounding, but hoping that had to do with reno.

The hotel is nice, and the staff was attentive. It's a good thing they are renovating because things are falling apart. The first room we were in, the valve that changes it from tub to shower didn't work, so we moved to a different room, and the coffee table and sofa looked like they had seen better days. The bottom of the sofa was hanging to the floor, and the legs on the coffee table were bent every which way. Hopefully the renovation will fix these problems

Close to the University, room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is debris in some areas and everything was not perfect BUT the room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and we had no complaints with our stay. Coin laundry is available which was very useful to us being on a weeklong road trip visiting different colleges.

Very spacious and comfortable room with good breakfast. Very easy access off the interstate. Rates are reasonable. Beginning to remodel as we were checking out so I am sure the new update will be pleasing.

Conveniently located right off the interstate with plenty of parking. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was served at 6:00 am, which was great and enabled us to get an early start. This was my third stay here and will continue to stay on future trips.
