Lovely Rooms & Pool

Air conditioner / Electricity went off for 2 days straight over a weekend, also a blocked toilet. Two concierge telephone numbers and hotels.com contacted, with no response. Moved to a new condo. Airconditioning would go from a set 20 degrees to default 28 degrees randomly. Pools are fantastic. Staff on site are friendly. Taxi from airport to accommodation is $50USD minimum each way. Taxi from accommodation to Tulum central is $25USD each way minimum. Complimentary shuttle bus to beach daily (except Monday). For the price, the accommodation is well worth it, just take note at the taxi cost. Bike hire $10USD approx per day. CBD is 5km walk each way. On site convenience store. Uber Eats delivers. Dirt Road. Require 4WD/Quad bike or gentle driving in hire car.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very quiet and safe at the resort. There are under ground parking garages. Beautiful views of the jungle. I loved the rooftop pool the most. The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and lost power temporarily. The roads to drive up to the property aren’t finished so it’s a very bumpy road but I’m sure that’ll be resolved soon as they finish building. Overall, I highly recommend this property! 10 minutes from restaurants/bars/beach & city. Almost 2 hours from the airport. Bring bug spray!!

It was very clean and easy to communicate with the property manager. Transportation was offered if needed and ride from and to the airport as well. We rented a car and even though a parking space was not included they had plenty of space to park on the side of the hotel. The pools were very clean and nice

I had a reservation for a few weeks before travel. Special instructions said to contact property prior to arrival for entry information. I emailed and called repeatedly and got no response. Expedia also had no response from property. We tried for hours. At one point Expedia said property would message in 30 minutes. No one from the property… 7PM and failed reservation. We were on our own.

The property was new construction. No one for check-in for arrival. The towels were dirty and no wash clothes available. The roads weren’t paved around the property. Lucky we rented a car and was able to have access to food and the town. The property did feel safe and the roof top pool was beautiful.

The overall stay was ok. The property is nice I do feel like the cleanliness and the up keep of the rooms could be way better I had an ant problem in my room had to keep buying bug spray. The areas outside of the hotel is a dirty area no sidewalks just dirt road it will be hard to get around without taxi or car. Another thing there is no food located at the property so expect to be paying for food to be delivered or eating out at a restaurant. The bar and restaurants was the highlight of my stay you will enjoy the night life. If you are looking for nightlife I suggest following black in Tulum group. Overall, it was just an okay stay at Mistiq Temple II.

Superbes appartements, tout est propres. Les responsables sur place et tous les employés sont très aimables et souriants. C'est calme. J'aurai cependant aimé avoir un peu plus de matériel de nettoyage comme un balai et d'autres sacs poubelles. (Avis très personnel). J'y retournerai volontiers.

Our room was so dirty rhat I had to call someone to clean,so the check in is at 4pm(dont know why,not for cleaning service for sure)I had to wait the cleaning like untile 7pm to get in my room and by the way they clean very bad.There was thousands of hair all over,dust everywhere,sign of wine on the terrace and on the windows,very easy to clean but was like they didnt clean since 3 months!the outside pool is dirty,we found used paper inside water at the bottom floating,and is dirty because they dont change water

Gorgeous apt and property. Long dirt road with many water filled pot holes. poor supplies - only a ladle to cook with, only two towels, no kitchen towels, only two standard pillows for a king bed. Stove needed to be restarted at breaker to work, microwave out of order and manager non responsive, sofa cover was being cleaned and not returned during stay. Told to be in contact prior to arrival, got no response, phone listed was incorrect, had no idea what to do until arriving and helped by lovely security guys, was given access 30 minutes late. Would highly recommend property but not one managed by same company.

This place is way too underrated, I was scared at first when I saw the low stars reviews, even the photos don’t describe how huge and beautiful that penthouse is. 3 big master bedrooms, beautiful windows all around, private pool on the patio, full kitchen etc.. 12 minutes away from the beach and close to town and jungle events. Security 24/7 great communication with host. Really nothing to complain about. Only thing to improve is WiFi in the first bedroom (too far from living-room.. that’s how big that place is)

The property only looks good in pictures, it is not a managed property! Our unit was not cleaned when it was given to us. The curling had multiple points where water was leaking from them. All surfaces had a tick layer of dust in them. The floors were not cleaned and you could find residue of personal hygiene products left on the floor. The pool water was dirty and unusable. There was no hand soap or enough towels left in the bathroom. There was no room cleaning service to be called to come and correct the issues. The bathroom had no blow dryer or sufficient amount of toilet paper. The roads leading to the property were in an absolute disastrous condition, unpaved and full of deep potholes full of mud water. This place was horrible!
