The bed was plush. The amenities were just soap and lotion. The fridge stopped working. The room was older. The heat/ air conditioning system was great. The hotel is next to a highway but I didn’t really notice. Staff was nice. Didn’t eat breakfast so I don’t know if it was good. Hotel is minutes from gas station and restaurants.

Zero maintenance. A/C hardly worked. Clearly ownership is milking this property until it collapses in ruin.

The property was extremely run down. The pool was closed and the room was in terrible condition. There was mold on the shower curtain, stains on the furniture and the fridge was dirty as well. No light bulbs in some of the fixtures and in general poor condition.

The property was filthy, smelled like filth and smoke. Cigarette butts on the room floor. Multiple Burn holes on the bedding, dirty spots on the pillows , when we moved bed to get something i dropped we saw roach droppings as well as what appeared roach powder? ,the most rough towel for the bath towel(only had 1 in room for 2 people), couldnt get tv to change channel was stuck on infomercials, a/c wouldnt cool room (would stay on 10 mins and cut off then self turn to fan), same random man pasing the top floor i front of my room for couple hours, very uncomfortable not a safe feeling while we were staying. Over all horrible experience will never return. Would like to speak with a corporate or owner about our stay.

Frankly, this place was a dump. The room was old and beat up (nothing like the pictures), the connecting door had been nailed shut. The bathroom was filthy; sticky floor, dirty everywhere. The "linens" were so threadbare they were practically useless. There was graffiti on the furniture and holes in the bathroom ceiling. "Free breakfast" consisted of a small brown paper bag with a rotten banana, a stale muffin wrapped in cellophane, a bottle of water, and a chewy granola bar (tiny). The granola bar was pretty good, but I was expecting an actual breakfast! I do have to give high marks to the staff; they did everything in their power to make things better, but it's obvious that this place is ready for the wrecking ball (exterior is a mess). The first night my door stopped working completely and I called the front desk to let them know. The maintenance man showed up very quickly and supposedly fixed it. The next night the same thing happened; I called maintenance again and they got right to work. Unfortunately, I was on my way to my sister's funeral and had to leave while they were there. When I got back, the door had been left open, with all my possessions right there for the taking. I don't remember how many times I had to call maintenance for the door; no matter what they did they couldn't seem to get it fixed. There was nothing in the room to tell me about the area, simple info, a brochure, nothing. Call it a flophouse. Wyndham should be ashamed to use their name here.

This was the dirtiest, filthiest, most unkempt hotel I have ever been in. There were bed bugs, silver fish crawling all over. The HVAC unit was scorched from a recent fire. All of the furniture was damage and dirty. The carpet was filthy and ripped. The bathroom was a disgusting mess with dirt, mold and bugs everywhere. There were bare electrical wires hanging out of the wall. This place looks nothing like the photos. I was unable to stay there. It would have been cleaner to sleep outside. I recommend this to no one.

Floor was dirty, and there was writing on the walls and lampshades. No TV remote in the room, and you could not change channels manually. They did send a maintenance guy with a tv remote. Strangers knocked on our door at 3:00 am. They walked away when I looked out the window.

I refused to dtay in the first room i was put in due to vulgar writings on the mirror and trash hanging from the bathroom door. The 2nd room would not open, and the 3rd room wasnt much better than the 1st. The carpet was torn, exposing the tack strip, the bathroom floor was sticky, there was an old cigarette butt on the floor, the sheets on the bed were stained, there weren't any lights, plugged in, the bathroom mirror had writing on it. There were random people just hanging out on the balconies. The area did not feel safe. I was by myself, so i stayed. If my wife or kuds were with me, i would not have.

I got two rooms for my team to stay at while attending a tournament in the area. When they arrived the hotel would not let them check in and asked for a cash only deposit (not mentioned anywhere on the site). My team ended up being unable to check in and use the rooms. When Orbitz attempted to call them there was no answer for 15m at which point even Orbitz gave up on attempting to reach them. When the team arrived there was also a fight going on in the parking lot and what appeared to be prostitutes hanging around outside of rooms.

I was a little nervous when I pulled up to the hotel but thought I’d give it a chance before I completely freaked out. I went into the lobby and it was a good 10 Minutes before anyone came to help me. The guy that arrived at the counter was in jeans and a dirty T-shirt so I was feeling pretty leary. He asked me what kind of room I reserved. (How did he not know?). We discussed that I wanted a non smoking room and he told me that they really can’t stop people from smoking in the rooms so if the smell was too bad to come back and we could try another room. I was checked in and given keys to my room. On the way to my room I passed several rooms with lots of people in them, staring at me. I also passed the laundry room that had trash and clothes all over the counters and the floor. There was also trash all along the sidewalk to the room. I opened the door to the room and stepped inside to the terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was huge, but very dimly lit and wreaked. The door to the room had no extra lock like they usually do and I decided there was no way I would feel safe regardless of the door. The furniture was dated and dingy and I was not going to stay. As I headed back to the office I notice a man laying in the bushes smoking. When I returned to the office and told him that I was going to go find another hotel he half laughed and said “yeah, that happens a lot”. Upon returning to my car I noticed some people that appeared to be living in it.

Phone failed, tv had a screen defect. Bathroom was dirty. Had to fiddle with the toilet to get it to fill with water and flush.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was not great, but not terrible. The room could have been cleaner, little things were missing like the shampoo, and the TV didn't work. The second night was a disaster. It started out with minor things, such as they hadn't cleaned the room or given me new towels. I hadn't been able to get in the room because the electronic lock had apparently been changed. When I went to the front desk to get my key fix I told the person at the front desk that I could clearly see through the window of the room that it hadn't been cleaned, he told me that they had marked it as cleaned, and so that seemed to be it as far as he was concerned. I suggested that he could come with me to the room to see for himself, but he wasn't interested and he wasn't going to do anything else to help me out (such as get clear towels). In any case, the bad part started at about 12:30 AM when the room next door to me was occupied. It was one of the hotel rooms where there is an interior door connecting rooms and this door was not particularly sound proof. Anyway, the people seemed like they were having a party and around 1:15 AM I called the front desk to ask them to call the room and ask them to keep the noise down. The clerk called, but it did absolutely no good. At 2:00, I called the front desk again, and was told that he had already called and that there was nothing more he could do. At 3:05 AM, I again called the front desk. The noise contin

1 room roach infested, occupants slept in car and used on bathroom. will request refund for that room,. clerks were very nice and helpful but couldn't fix problem. Day clerk searched and found lost ring for us. room sanitation in all rooms was very lacking.

I enjoyed my stay at the Howard Johnson's Tulsa East very much. The staff was very helpful and made checking in and out very simple. The room was clean and the shower worked very well. I would definately stay here again in future returns to Tulsa.

Hotel was somewhat outdated but was clean with friendly, helpful staff. They were working on some of the rooms so assumed they were upgrading. No complaints about the accommodations.

I found everything to be just fine during my stay here. Housekeeping stops by each morning on a daily basis. This Howard Johnson was just fine, no complaints.

After seeing the poor condition of the exterior, I shouldn't have been surprised at how bad the room was. But it was even worse then expected. The carpets were full of holes (large holes) The bathtub was filthy as was the floor. The room smelled bad and when I pulled back the sheets they were severely worn and frayed. I called the front desk and told the clerk to call me a taxi. They would not refund my money[...] As I was leaving the room two men were at the door about to open it. It turns out it was the maintence men who told me they thought the room was unoccupied because they was there to "change the mattress." In my opinion the whole place should be bulldozed down. It was more like a pay-by-the-hour motel. I finished my stay at the Marriott.

There were bugs in the room and there was limited breakfast items.

I was there for a training seminar. The guy at the front desk posed a serious problem with constantly trying to pick me up. The room was dirty, had to use towels to sit on furniture. The sheets had holes in them and the towels were dingy. The hotel faced the interstate and all you could hear was the traffic. I found this to be a horrible experience all the way around!!!!! Free breakfast consisted of stale donuts or cereal of which one was a kids cereal.
