If you are attending an event at the Expo Center, what could be better than staying right across the street? You can see Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller from our backyard! Walk out our backyard gate and down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is conveniently located near Safari Joe's H2O water park, BOK Center downtown, Midtown attractions, Tulsa University, the Gathering place, and only 2 miles from Old Route 66.

Enjoy the many amenities including a washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bathrooms with granite and quartz accents, Kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances you will need, including a built in TV and wine rack. The open floor plan has wood and stained concrete floors, 6 Smart TV’s with Cable TV and WIFI, a shuffle board in the game room with a western theme. Our large concrete patio with rustic picnic table is a cozy area to cookout, entertain, enjoy the evenings, or your morning coffee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

This is probably my favorite property to stay at. The location can’t be beat for our horse show across the street at the Expo. The house is comfortable and clean with pretty much everything you could need. And Terry Don is extremely easy to work with always responding quickly and taking great care of us!!

This property is in a perfect location for any event being held at the Tulsa Expo Center. It’s a ten minute walk from house to Center. The property itself is perfect! Newly remodeled, has everything needed, very comfortable leather couches and beds. Beautiful western decor. Very spacious. There’s four bedrooms. There is no kitchen table if wanting to have a sit down family style dining with family and or guests. It has an eat at bar and a high top barrel table. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood. Has a big driveway where at last four vehicles can park.

Such a Gem!

We’ve stayed here for several years while we work at the Tulsa State Fair. Every year it feels like coming home. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, plenty of parking for our trucks. No issues and the property manager is easy to get ahold of.

My title says it all. We attended a National Cattle Show at the Expo Center. The location could not have been better. If it had not been 100+, it was within walking distance. The house provided everything you need. We all played shuffleboard and other games provided. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. If we ever find ourselves at an event at the Expo Center, I will stay here.

Home away from home

We have been staying at this beautiful house for the last 3 years while our company's staff is working in Tulsa. Not only is this house beautiful, but it is clean comfortable, and very spacious! Our host Terry always goes above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. Terry even at no charge to us sent back some clothing that was let at his house. Top Notch host! Parking is secure and offers lot of space. Location is convenient the Tulsa State Fair and Shopping We look forward to staying again in 2024!
