Host was very easy to communicate with! He was very polite and responsive! Family thought the house was great. Location to expo was perfect. Easy to get back and forth each day. I wish I had checked about it being more ADA accessible for my aging mother. But other than that it was suitable for the family’s needs.

Perfect place for our stay

My family and I stayed here for a week so my son could play in a disc golf tournament. This house was perfect: in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and clean which is definitely a fact I valued! The Tulsa area was beautiful to see, and had a lot of great places to visit! The next time we need to stay in Tulsa, this will be first on my list to book!

House was exactly what we needed

The house was great. Bathrooms were big, bedrooms were big enough to hold everyone. The playground in the back was absolutely perfect for our 6 and 7 year olds. Location was fine-easy in and out. Neighborhood was okay. There were some lovely places but definitely some that were not great. The neighbors got roudy one night but luckily did not keep us up or cause any issues.

Location ok but some updates are needed

Location is close to downtown but neighborhood was old and not well kept. Host was quick to communicate. Covered back porch was great - was private and had seating area and sheltered us from the rain. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen had the basic dishes and pots and pans for a family of four. House cleanliness could be improved. Also need more towels and wash clothes for family of four.

Charming home

This house was the perfect location for our family when we lost a loved one. It was very close to our sister-in-law, so we had a few family dinners there so she wouldn’t have to host. Josh was very accommodating and easy to work with. It was perfect for what we needed that week!

Weekend Family Gathering

There were some small issues that occurred but it was addressed quickly. My grandkids had a blast playing on the play equipment. This home is definitely family friendly. However I would recommend you bring your own pots and pans as the ones available aren’t big enough to cook a meal. Over all is a fantastic home.

Winter Wonderland

Despite the weather and bobe chilling temps we still managed to have an amazing Christmas with our family. The home was pleasant and welcoming. Everything we needed was labeled and the beds were all surprisingly comfortable. The location was central to about anything we needed. The only thing I would add is a grill and some utensils, and adjust the heater for active instead of away. We had to keep adjusting the temp to stay warm, but not a big enough headache to keep us from coming back! Thank you for providing a cozy place for our families to come together and celebrate Christmas!
