I was concerned about possible injury to toddler staying with us due to exposed carpet tacks, fence rusted through and loose, and broken furniture, etc. Internet did not work until we contacted the internet provider and fixed it - 24 hours after checking in and trying to resolve with property manager. Pool had black algae, manager sent a person they described as a pool expert to resolve the problem, the "expert" told us she had never cleaned a pool before. Three laborers came to the house to work in it, two if which had bid on the work on a job app and had no idea what they were supposed to do. Property manager moved us to a new house after two days. He said his resolution specialist would contact me within three days. One week later, still no contact.
