I enjoy this place and I will stay here again. I refer friends here too

The property was well taken care of the rooms were excellent well-equipped with everything a hotel room should have the staff was friendly and courteous and helpful there was nothing wrong with the hotel

High-pitched siren noise all from a boiler room in our room, 103. Night clerk was advised and knew about the issue - Manager of property was smart-aleck and claimed to not know anything about this. Additionally, wsited for 15 min for check - in and they put us right next door to customer also checking in at same time - very noisy property. Cleaning staff yelling at 9am - we asked front desk for quiet - they did not respond and cleaning staff were then laughing. BUTER BEWARE.

If you want to walk to the convention center in Tucson and are on a budget this may be the place for you. It is a 25-30 min walk down the frontage road.

Check in very slow even with only 3 customers in lobby. Room key did not work, lock broken, window broken.

The owner was nice enough - he checked me in. The accommodations themselves leave a lot to be desired. Even though I paid for this room in advance with no refund options, I ended up leaving and booking another hotel for the second night. In addition to being very old and run down, the room was not clean. I was bitten by something in the bed as well - guessing there were bedbugs. There were cigarette butts in the stairwells, etc. The lobby was probably the cleanest area. It's also very noisy - right next to the freeway and busy intersections...and it's not in the safest of areas.

This has been my third year of traveling to Tuscon for spring tournament, this has been the only time in which I was disappointed in my hotel selection. For a weeks stay I saved only $150.00 over my stay at the Hyatt last year. I will never book a stay at this hotel again. Frozen eggo waffles and same fruit sat their all week, homeless people walking up and down street. Just a bad experience...

Should not book children on top floors they jumped on there beds till 1am other than that it's ok

Very clean, nice room. Had everything. Bed very comfy.
