We booked a total of 5 rooms because were in town for a family event (2 of the rooms were mine). Upon check in we were surprised to learn that our rooms were still not ready, despite arriving after 5 pm. My grandmother arrived shortly after I did and we were surprised to find out there was no elevator at the property. We requested a first floor room so that my elderly grandmother did not have to walk up the flights of stairs, but the only ones available REEKED of cigarettes. My grandma decided she'd just take the 2nd floor unit. When the lady was trying to find an available room, she kept cussing because she wasn't able to find a room. I was in shock to hear a customer service rep talk like this in front of hotel patrons, but then thought it might just be more laid back in Tuscon. That changed once I seen her interact with some teenage kids who were in the lobby (on the computer). I guess were bugging her because they kept asking for stuff, but she started yelling at them and pushing them out of the door. She explained that they weren't, that they're long term residents. I was shocked that she would behave this way in front of guests. Unfortunately, that's not the only thing wrong with this hotel. They gave us 2 towels in each room (for 3 people). We asked for more, but they said there was no more towels. The pillows were lumpy and so bad that my kids and I woke up with a stiff neck and they had no more. One room smelled like mold and had duck taped walls.

Old, furniture needed replacing. Seemed like a good place for a drug deal, not that I would know.

Good location right next to freeway and relatively quiet. No too far from downtown or u of a campus. The room was ok. Nothing fancy but nothing bad.

Good nothing bad, just the bed not good Good nothing bad, just the bed not good Good nothing bad, just the bed not good

Friendly staff upon arrival and room was clean but a little dated. Bed comfortable which is a must we all agree. Convenient to downtown for our activity that was planned.

The shower was disgustingly dirty; a used wash cloth was left in the shower even. The sheets had stains on them too. Overall, the entire room was dirty. The one plus was the staff; they were pretty nice. Free breakfast was Ehhh at best. And we were kept up all night by 2 woman who were SCREAMING at each other at 3 in the morning. Now I understand that is out of the Hotel's control, but it didn't help with the experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save the money and go to a motel 6.

The staff was helpful but the rooms were just okay and the walls were thin, you could hear people in the next room. I would not stay there again even though the price was inexpensive.

I know the saying you get what you pay for, but I still feel over charged. The shower/tub was so disgusting we were afraid to use it. Someone was unable to get I to their room around midnight so the hotel staff decided the best way to enter the room was to pound on the door for 3 hours! There was mold on the back side of the curtains. Glad we were there for such a short time frame, but even the one night was too long.

All my family rent room at your hotel for my son graduation at U of A Wildcat the service of the hotel was great , Breakfast was wonderful specially the waffles, coffee , it was amazing thank you

It's worth it for the price. Get what yo u pay for haha

While not the newest, the room was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent.

Our rooms were nice and clean. Hot water was turning into cold after 10 minutes . I think it would be nice if rooms had more cable tv channels. Our stay was very nice and comfortable. We will be back for further use.....thanx Ramada!

I arrived early and staff let us check in early. Had great customer service. Had a good breakfast.

time to change and upgrade t. v. s

NEED NEW T, V. S,

The room was not clean at all. Bathroom ceiling had mold on it, the floors were not clean, there was dust and dirt and hair behind the night stands. The sheets and cover also were not clean, found a big stain on the cover, and the sheets that were tucked under the mattress had dirt and hair on them. There were not enough plugs in the room nor were they convenient. Had to pull tables out & unplug other items just to charge phone/use hair dryer/straightener... also the fridge and microwave were in the bathroom/vanity (that was just weird)

its time to upgrade t.v."s

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE THE ONLY THING I WOULD AD TO MY COMMENTS IS IT TIME FOR TV UP GRADES (FLATSCREENS)

the rooms were clean and comfortable

disappointing no hot tub room smelled bad noisy run down

rundown | no elevator | poor housekeeping

Leak in the room (had to use only towels available) - probably the reason for the mold smell) Filthy pillows Dirty Bedding Tape holding together the molding on the wall
