Great place to stay in Tucson

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check in was super easy. The house is spacious and very comfortable for a family. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected when using the kitchen/making meals. The house was well stocked with essentials, including pool items. Any questions that did arise were promptly answered by Karissa. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect for Family

The check-in process was easy, rooms were spacious, and the pool was warm and clean. We had everything we needed - laundry room, towels, blankets, wifi, and a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with Karissa was awesome - she is so responsive! Everything was in order and we had a wonderful stay.

Very Comfortable and Family Friendly

We were very happy with our stay at Karissa's property. She was very easy to communicate with. The house was stocked with helpful basic items and the kitchen had a good variety of utensils and cookware that made it easy to cook meals there. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to others who are looking for a place to stay with their family!

Wonderful family home

We just stayed here with our son, wife and 5 grandkids. We loved it! The pool was beautiful, has a solar blanket we used at night. The sectional in the family room fit all of us at night when we were chilling out after a busy day. Loved this!! The beds are very comfortable. Karissa answered immediately if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this home! 5 stars all the way!

Excellent Place To Stay

This property was excellent. It was roomy for our group. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it every day to cool off from the heat. It was in a nice area and close to attractions. Karissa was an excellent host and very helpful.

We had a very nice time. Was very clean and conveniently located. Only issue was we couldn't use the pool cuz their pool company never took the cover off and it disintegrated in the pool and they never came and cleaned it. But otherwise was a great stay

Our Stay at Rita Ranch house

House was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the pool and was able to keep up my lap swimming. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We stayed primarily on the property and did all of our cooking at the house. Oven and stove worked nicely. All in all was a good stay.

Rita Ranch is a home away from home

We had a WONDERFUL experience staying at this house while we visited Tucson. We picked this house because it was close my grandparents home. We loved that grocery stores are just a five minute drive. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is next to (not on) a road that could be counted as a main thoroughfare, but we hardly noticed any cars and maybe head one loud truck. Most of the cars that drive through that main road live in the neighborhood. The house is spacious, has plenty of towels, blankets (we didn't need any of them, but noticed it) and the basic items. Each bathroom had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We also enjoyed that the master bathroom shower was big. My boys loved the bunk beds in one of the rooms. This was also the first home I have stayed at that had comfortable beds. It is a memory foam mattress. The pool is just as pictured. It really cooled us down after being in the Arizona heat. My boys loved playing in the pool and is very well taken care of. Karissa is a very responsive and helpful host. My son left his stuffed lamb behind. We did not realize this until we were already back in our home state. She was able to locate it and send it back to us! I can't wait until my son opens the package up to see his Lamby again.

Just what we needed....

Serene and relaxing - If you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the home for you. You can laze around in the house or sit in the sun by the pool. Beds are super comfortable if you need to catch up on your zzz's. But if you want to take in the sights, there are many in the area. We had a fantastic stay and hated to leave.
