the hotel is only 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was always clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very spacious, had two chairs to sit in.

Free shuttle to and from airport. Friendly employees. Great food and lattes.

Location and amenities worked great for me . Nice hotel with separation from the casino if your looking for some quite time too.

The Premium King suite was roomy and very clean. Staff checked us in very quickly. The hotel décor throughout is nice and the casino portion of it was large with plenty of options. Food and drink were good. would definitely do another overnight getaway here.

We stayed one night. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we needed a spot for a quick night of entertainment before heading home after a trip to visit family in the area. A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and the food was great! The bartender at the Tree Bar was especially friendly and helpful. We ate in the cafe and both our meals were delicious. Unfortunately, our room didn't seem to have any hot water. I let the shower run for a good 5 minutes to try to give it time to warm up, but it never did. It was an unfortunate way to end what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

The Front Desk Shayna did a great job of providing Customer Service and was very accommodating. The rooms were very spacious, and clean. We had a balcony over looking the pool and mountain range. Fantastic Scenery. Overall great stay. We have stayed at several locations in the area. This was the best by far. Not very far at all from The University of Arizona!

FIRST OFF FOR THE PRICE WE PAIDED FOR THIS ROOM WAS WAY TO EXPENSIVE. THEY NO LONGER OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS NOT TOLD UNTIL WE WENT DOWN FOR COFFEE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. RIPOFF. HAVE STAYED HERE ONCE A MONTH FOR SEVERL YEARS TRAVELING 3 HRS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Very friendly atmosphere, I would stay here again, loved it!!

More than happy with this hotel. The location is a bit out of the way but a short taxi ride will get you were you need to be. From the shuttle driver who greater me to the check in lady I cannot fault the staff.

The hotel is far away from downtown Tucson and any other attractions. You will need a car to get around. As, for the room it was clean and spacious. The wifi was strong and fast. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. I had a balcony which was nice but useless since it faced east, toward the airport. (I would've enjoyed if it was a nicer view) other people pointed out ask for a west view. The airport noise was a bit bothersome the first night but I got used to it. The only amenities where the pool, gym and casino. So, it did get boring after a few days (I don't gamble) Overall,it was a good experience if you want a quiet getaway with a little gambling and pool time this hotel is for you. If you want more than that you will be disappointed.

We loved this hotel. The atmosphere was luxurious and beautiful. The room was quiet and clean. We couldn't have asked for more. Great for a romantic weekend. We will be back if we are in Tucson again.

Excellent, congratulations. The best quality. I will back.

No pool side service. No bar services near pool. Were were looking for a resort style stay as they advertise. But you can definatley tell they want you in the casino . No immenities other than the casino which got boring. However, the room was great. Good price. I would stay there again but only one night due to boredom

very relaxing stay! Definitely recommend :-) the facility was clean and the staff was super friendly!

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were as described... However, I was very disappointed that they don't offer any accommodations for little ones. No pack N play or crib. With that said, I slept with 3 yr old and 6 mo old in my bed. Definitely wasn't my idea of a good nights sleep after a long day of packing/moving/cleaning house to relocate to our new home.

Very nice hotel, staff was great ... NO EXAUST FANS IN THE BATHROOM?? Really? AC unit was "touchy" and the room was a bit stuffy most of the time.

there were screaming kids on the weekend and an all night party on the next rom 2 nights during the week. The casino was so smoky I could not even go in there!

The staff was friendly and nice. My family really enjoyed being at this hotel.

Great amenities, clean and comfortable. The night life was great. Good music and dancing. Drinks are a bit pricey but having the room helped because we could come and go as we pleased.

This could be a spectacular hotel, if they got the customers to behave. All night long slamming doors and intoxicated people talking loud in the hallways. We asked for a quiet room and they put us next to the elevator in a handicap room that needed many repairs and had mold in the bathroom in the seal around the tub. The clerk at the front desk had poor customer skills and did not look at us once when communicating. We felt like we were disturbing him instead of feeling like customers. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool water looked dirty and the grounds needed trash picked up.
