From the staff to the room our staff was wonderful
We needed quick access to I-10 and city center, and River Park Inn gave us both with comfortable accommodations.
Pros: There was wi-fi that was free and worked well. There is free full breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The shower seemed dirty: There was hair on the walls and a dingy looking bath mat you had to put in the bottom of the tub. The facilities seem run down in general.
Our 5-day stay here was pretty good. We liked the free breakfast a lot. The lobby bar was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But this place is in a very sleazy neighborhood. We had our two bikes chained to the bike rack in front of the hotel overnight, and they got completely stolen! Being next to the streetcar stop was a plus, as was being able to easily hop onto the Santa Cruz River trail on our bikes (until, well, you know). But you wouldn't want to walk around anywhere nearby at night, and even during the daylight I wasn't too comfortable.
Emergency family trip very good hotel stay.., great value for the money.
We did not stay it was digustingly filthy‼️ Several huge cockroaches in the bathroom when we looked in❗️
We've stayed at the River Park several times over the years on football weekends, and the value is always very good. This last visit happened to be an afternoon game, so we found ourselves back at the hotel fairly early. We took advantage of the very clean, very large hot tub and then watched HBO - a nice little extra! The breakfast is always great and this visit was no exception. The rooms are a little dated and worn, but they are clean and comfortable and the staff is very nice.
I have been staying at this hotel because I usually come to town for concerts and to visit the Mission. It is easy access to the downtown civic center music hall and the university concert hall, it offers a very nice breakfast and is at the trolly stop...we just arrive, unpack, take the trolly and have a great time..and they have a pool and a nice lounge In the registration area...the staff is very pleasant and all our needs are met in a cordial manner...
e candid, colorful and honest, like you would with a friend or someone you’ve just met. Don’t be harsh, crude or spiteful. Profane, threatening, or inflammatory comments are 100 unacceptable. Give kudos to the staff or people you met, but don’t post their full name or publicize their personal information. Don’t make references to travel brands or sites, or include any links or prices
We has no issues with the hotel, the bartender at the hotel was great and very helpful, he went above and beyond his job duties. The room was comfortable and with in our exptations.
Even though its close to down town. I would not suggest this place for business travel. Needs a complete overhaul
Perfect location for my purposes--and I could do anything I wanted by public transportation. The SunLink streetcar stops right by the door, making it easy to get to other Tucson locations and attractions. Rooms very comfortable, quiet, have microwaves and refrigerators--must-have appliances for today's traveler. Breakfast was good, but not great. Staff was very friendly.
The hotel was busy, but staff was on top of their toes. Breakfast bar was replenished quickly, food was hot and delicious. Every employee we ran into greeted us and made our stay comfortable. The only downside, the freeway noise was loud at times and the pool needed a good cleaning.
room was nice....food was nice....staff was amazing.....hotel is easy access to route 10...
We had a smooth stay, but the floors in our room were pretty dirty. Complimentary breakfast was pretty nice.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating Hotel lobby very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast good with nice selection of items. Disappointed the the bar and restaurant was closed on weekends. Couldn't even get a coke. Did not care for location.
So in the pictures the hotel looked really nice! We didn't expect for it to look the way it did. The staff was great, but the hotel itself was a little dirty. For the price I payed I could have stayed somewhere better. The room was a little dirty and cheap looking.
I arrived at the hotel at 11:45, I waited at the desk for about 3 min. I ring the bell, and gentlemen behind me that was joking around with a lady answered what do you need and I reply I have reservation and I will like to cancel because your rate is to high, he replayed you can not cancel because you went through third party. I said okay, than he said come back later after 3:00 PM your room will be ready Inside of the room was dirty, with trash next to the bed and in the corner next to the safe, windows and doors not sealed you can see day light under and around door, hot water I waited 5 minutes with the water running before I got hot water This was waste of my money
we booked this hotel for a sports event with our some of our team, the location was ok but the hotel amenities very poor, the room was average, bed squeeked everytime you moved, old. They were preparing for an event one morning and the workers outside our door very loud and their cigarette smoke filled our room. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Breakfast was ok, no fruit on the full breakfast bar. The coffee was very good. Probably not stay there again.
More of a motel, I wasn't sure my car would be safe at night (but all ok in the am) Walls and doors paper thin! My view looking out to the center of the hotel was a tractor, old car, giant storage units and basically what looked like junk. Tents around the entire property (because of the gem show coming soon) was odd. They did have a free breakfast but was pretty much inedible. Someone used their key and came into my room at 8am thankfully I had the safety lock on. They were unloading all of the rooms that morning that there was not a chance to sleep in and it made me feel like the hotel was closing and they were getting rid of everything! Fine for a bed to sleep in for the night and that is all. The staff was very friendly though!
