SEA APARTMENT KAPRIZ ON THE BLACK SEA

The property is located in a complex in Kiten, on the first line, next to the sea, with its own swimming pool, children's playground, lovely garden, restaurant and 24-hour security guard.
The place is unique: over the Karaagach River, under Strandja, on the edge of the sea ! The region combines perfectly the sea with the mountain tourism, gives peace and serenity, although it is located on the border between Kiten and Lozenets - some of our most visited places on the Black Sea in Bulgaria.
The apartment is very comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all necessary appliances, two large and comfortable balconies with sea view. The property is really incredible, it is very close to the sea, it is enough to open the windows to inhale the iodine fumes. The furnishing is brand new and very luxurious. All rooms have air conditioners .There is a washing machine, fridge, ceramic Hotplates, built-in oven and everything needed to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.The area is really very unique ,the nature is reserved and the beach is very long,clean and sandy!
