The Space:
Get ready for your jaw to drop at the sight of the grand living room. It’s clear this space was designed to invite the outside in with only the lush green landscape in view. The gas fireplace with natural stone is almost an art feature and we guarantee you’ll enjoy many cozy evenings enjoying it on the comfortable furniture. Before you tour the rest of your vacation getaway, step onto the spacious balcony to take in the views and sounds of this completely private property.

Separate from the main living area, on the 2nd floor, there is a bonus room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The space is perfect for setting up a board game or relaxing with a good book!

The kitchen is well equipped with main appliances to cook delicious meals and a coffee maker for the perfect morning brew. Gather around the large island with seating for 2 or enjoy a more formal meal at the dining table for 8, perfectly placed to admire the view from the large windows.

Retire to one of the 3 private bedrooms, plus bonus room to recharge. The spacious main bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is equipped with a King bed, en suite, and bonus room with a Full bed, and Twin trundle. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo and features a large vanity with plenty of counter space and dual sinks.

The 2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor and shares a full bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a Queen bed. This room has access to the main floor bathroom with a standing shower.

A washer and dryer are available for your use. There is parking for up to 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars on the driveway.

Truckee is a small town in Northern California that has become a hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts because of its access to nearby attractions. Historic downtown Truckee is a 10 min drive where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and historic walking tours. Donner Lake, under a 10 min drive, is a freshwater lake where you can catch some of the biggest trout in the state of California! Northstar Resort is 25 mins away for skiing and snowboarding! There is a short 10 mins drive to get to Safeway where you can use Tesla Supercharger while grocery shopping.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

This property includes 2 guest passes that allow guests to access the Tahoe Donner Association, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). Each pass can accommodate up to 4 people for entry (8 guests total).
