Passing thru this way in the late evening, this was the first to come into view. I called ahead to make the reservation, I could barely here the second shift girl on the phone. Once I was in the lobby the effort put forth by the attendant was equally little, she never left her seat, except when she was forced to obtain the print out for me to sign. The room was average, again, yes again, the curtain was missing some 6 hooks, thereby the curtain was hanging down. This is rather large facility, I was shuffled to the far back area. While checking out... and I could not make this up. The "T" on the name 'Quality Inn" dropped from the back wall, as I spoke to the night clerk. Just as though an emphasis to the clerk as to the workmanship and maintenance of the facility. How ironic. Uhm, not sure that I'd stay again unless I was riding solo again.

I wonder when they ever vacuum! The carpet is not only ancient, it is filthy - lint all over; bright red stains near the sink; dirt in the corners!! This place is mouldy!!! Deteriorating seal around tub. A bath towel has to serve as a hand towel!! What a mess!!! Quality Inns are not like this!! Are we in the wrong place...nope, it’s labeled Quality Inn. 😱😷🤧

We booked online about 2 hours before. Booking was easy through booking.com. Room was $65 for 2 adults and 1 child. It was what you would expect for $65, no more, no less. Could have used a little more cleaning, but worth the money. I would stay again. Breakfast was sufficient. Night time desk agent was kind. It was a guy. Didn’t get his name. With a little more freshening up I would have gladly paid a little more money. It’s funny cause one of the previous reviews talked about how dimly lit the breakfast room was. It was😀. But who cares, the coffee was hot and the food was not bad. Thanks

I travel a lot in my business dealings. Most of the time, I will stay at a choice privileges Hotel. They don't always live up to their ratings, but this Quality Inn, in Troy Alabama really lived up to its rating! The price value was very good and the facilities and staff were superb. I would highly recommend this hotel for any reason.

Needed a place to stay last minute for Troy University event. Easy reservations. Great price for weekend stay. Good location for Troy visit. Friendly staff. Would stay again visiting daughter at school.

I had a great stay here. No issues at all. Everyone was super courteous. One thing, someone said they are changing the pool. Don't do that! This pool is awesome, does it need some love? Yes, but worth saving!

My wife and I considered this hotel for its location on our route to Florida, and chose it because of several reviews. Turns out the reviewers were right. Although the hotel is older, and shows its age at first glance, We found it to be comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs. While newer properties require guests to park at a distance, the older "outside" style allows you to park (conveniently) next to the room. The desk person, Khalil Jenkins, was very courteous and helpful. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean, all amenities were in place, and everything worked. Our breakfast was comparable to any we have experienced. And the price was surprisingly low. We plan to be back.

Right off the main road, price seamed decent compared to other hotels in the area. close to restaurants, breakfast was good. One of the deepest pools I have seen at a hotel in a while, to bad it was in December and closed.

We have stayed at The Quality Inn on 3 occasions lately. We choose it because of the comfortable beds, the great breakfast, and friendly staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The lady who prepares the breakfast is super nice. They are working at remodeling the pool and landscaping. Once that is complete, it will be a 5 star review. It can't be beat for the price! We stay here when we visit our daughter who attends Troy University. It's only a 5 minute drive.

We paid less then 60.00 and was satisfied . The room was neat clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was good, they had the usual but it was good.there is a coffee pot in your room. Next time i would try to get the first floor .
