No towels in our room. Had to go to front desk to pick them up. Bathroom was clean but the rest of room needs a facelift. Torn window curtain, peeling paint on door, major stains on furniture

Older property but clean and comfortable. Young lady at the desk when checking in was faced some difficult situations for people checking in due to language barriers. She handled it really well. She also accomidated me to avoid a large group that could have been fairly noisy. Much appreciated.

Late night check-in was impersonal through a plexiglass window. Room was comfortable and clean. Provided breakfast was skimpy. Coffee was okay.

I don’t understand if I booked a king size bed room, why was it given away???? They put me in a room with 2 full size beds which are tiny and is extremely inconvenient. I might not ever stay here again. There is too many hotels around here to have my king bed room given away

Well, it's a two star motel, and it lives up to that rating. Way, way overpriced for our stay, but of course they did that because it was a Troy game weekend and they could stick it to us. Not worth it. Furniture looked like it was picked up at yard sales, and not cleaned. A little upholstery cleaner from DG would help.

Dirty bed sheets. Had hair and bugs on the linen. Hair and stuff on floor in bathroom. The manager apologized and changed the linens out. Dead spider was still in bathroom. Didnt try breakfast , entire hotel needs update for the price range

Staff was great from manager to front desk to housekeeping...chatted with all of them and all were so considerate and genuinely friendly. Room was fine for the rate..no complaints with consideration of value rate. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice bonus for the value rate.
