Terrible service

The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfy and the room was great but service was horrible. Had to wait everytime u went to desk because no one was there. The breakfast area was always out of coffee and they were not friendly when u asked about it. Got to breakfast right before it was suppose the shut down and even though it was still out they said we’re taking it up.

Great location. 2 issues summer time and pool closed without any notifications when booking. It just needed cleaning. 2nd breakfast was a sad site, not worth it no creamer at coffee bar 24 hours a day.

Nice facility, staff needs training

The staff in all of your hotels that we have stayed in need training in how to be proactive and maintain a consistent positive disposition. They wait and don’t seem to want to step out and help. We prefer Courtyards because they have a bar and food although they are not nearly as good a shape as Hiltons. Also, their staff is more interactive and helpful.
