I enjoyed my stay very much. My budget is limited. I had no problems with check-in, and the service was very friendly and helpful.
CAUTION! THIS HOTEL IS FILTHY! In my opinion this motel should be condemned it is so bad. We expected a bare bones motel for the price but this was ridiculous. The 'non smoking' room we got absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, even the next morning. The linens were stained and smelled of mold. It appeared that the bedspread and blanket had never been washed. By the end of a shower I was standing in 4 inches of water that took 15 minutes to drain. There was a hole in the wall, paint peeling off the walls, baseboard was hanging off the wall, and there was only one outlet in the entire room that wouldn't hold your plug in it without wedging something under it. I booked a King and got a full. This room smelled so bad of smoke and mold that my husband went and bought 2 bottles of Febreeze and that didn't even help. He also bought us 2 pillows so that we didn't have to use theirs with the dirty linens. Had there been any other room available at another hotel in the city we would have walked out within 2 minutes of walking in. When we returned home even our clean clothes reeked. This motel is a health hazard and should not be open for business. This motel should be rented by the hour at best, not to unsuspecting couples and families.
This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. After checking we noticed there wasn't an elevator so we had to take the stairs. The hotel itself is not up kept is very outdated and needs like of work and lots of cleaning. We get our room to find pubic hair on our bed, blood stains on the bed, a toilet that did not work, and the smell was ridiculous. We call the front desk (she was a very sweet lady) she came down to look at it and she could not believe what she was seeing. She moved up to a second room once we get in there the sheets were dirty, more blood stains on the sheets, and a big burned mark on the bed the size of my hand. The smell once again was ridiculous. We were so feed up we were tired from such a long drive and I had graduation in a couple of hours. We call her back down again to look at what we were seeing and she offered to move us into a new room. We just packed our things and left. The only thing the manager could do was refund me $10. This hotel needs to be shut down. Because clearly the owners are nasty and only care about getting money. Let me not leave out that holes were in the walls and paint was chipping everywhere and stains were all over the curtains in the hallway and the rooms.
This motel is run down and needs to be upgraded, staff was good, room was clean, but it does not look like Wyndham quality to me.
Pretty much as expected. Good room, quiet enough, OK breakfast that didn't change from one day to the next.
it was an average hotel at an average price. nothing fancy, but certainly sufficient for my needs.
We were pleased with the stay. It was our first time staying and we would book the hotel again without a doubt.
The price for this room was probably double what they should be charging for the quality of the room. Dead bug in shower, hair clump on floor of bathroom. Picked up a hotel book at a welcome center & asked about getting a room at that rate. Desk person said that wasn't available. FALSE ADVERTISING !! Entire room was desperately in need of updating... rips in carpet, nasty looking grout around entire bathroom. One good thing: very soft water !!
When I walked into the building, I was hit with a musty smell. I waited 15 minutes for a front desk clerk to appear. Once checked in. I noticed the water damage that sagged the ceiling down, torn carpeting in the room, our towels were frayed on the ends so bad, we asked for new ones..and washcloths, since none were in our room. This property needs to be totally redone!
Our first room had a large amount of hair in the tub. We requested and were given another room. It was somewhat better but still had hair. Due to this we did not use the hot tub we had paid for. The rooms were incredibly aged. I will book earlier next time for one of the better hotels in the area.
