I have definitely stayed in worse locations, but I am really glad it was only a 1 night stay. The room was nothing like the photos. Much smaller, hardly room to walk to the bathroom between the bed and dresser, it was extremely claustrophobic. There were some cleanliness issues as well. There was mold along the base of the shower and in the AC unit, a dead ant in the bed, and we found several hygiene items that were left from previous tenants. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden pallette, and the chair in the room had crumbs and what I can only describe as hairy dandruff in the seat.
The staff was very nice

It was nothing like the pictures that were displayed online nothing at all.
The bed was hard. There was blood on the curtain. The comforter on the bed was dirty. I felt like the bathtub was going to fall through the floor. Water pressure was excellent.
I did not stay at the hotel. The firsr room had roachs on the floor when I entered. I asked for a different room and the new room had roaches crawling on the door visable from the hallway.

We loved the newly remodel but we had three cockroaches and went out to buy stickyboards and caught two more. Tub was slow draining and room filled with smoke from the bathroom vent. When brought to the attention of the staff they acted like that was normal. The excuses were that it's used as an extended stay and housekeeping can't get in daily and there's nothing they can do about smokers violating the rules makes sense but doesn't make the experience justify the price. We stayed here before and I was happy with everything. This maybe our last visit to this hotel. Breakfast was very good and great location for dining choices but there are many other hotel options within walking distance.
Great location. Close to shops and food. Under renovation at tge time we stayed. Overall stay was quiet..a/c was cool...room was large..beds were clean and was comfortable...breakfast was very good! The staff was awesome!
No surprises for the money. Small room but more than adequate with the nicest looking bathroom I've been in in a long time. Counter staff was excellent as was breakfast. Nice restaurants within walking distance. High-end and fast food. Would definitely stop again.
Good value without spending a lot. Facility is older and a bit run down, but clean and safe.
Absolutely disgusting! Nothing as they portray on their website of what the hotel rooms look like. Nasty! Roaches!
The seller for me was how beyond reasonable the pet fee was. Other places want an arm and a leg. The staff was super friendly as well. The room was clean and comfy!
The room was dirty ( blood on the walls). We complained about the smell of weed that saturated our room. All they did is spray Lysol. They said they could smell it but no idea which room. Didn’t offer to move us at all!
Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Redesign eating area - larger tables seating three or four persons.
Stay away from room 213. . The size of Room 213 has been reduced due the lundry room next to it. The dresser was about 2 feet from the king size bed.
The outside of the hotel was in need of updating. The room was clean enough. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room when I arrived. They brought towels, but did not bring wash cloths. The staff was friendly enough.
